Windows Widgets is heavily underratedterrible replacement for Live Tiles:
1. You can't launch apps (at least I think)
2. It's just bloat
I mean, this could be kind of biased, as I never use widgets except for the little display thing (weather and stocks lol) on the taskbar

Now that we've pretty much agreed this is an “anything Windows” topic:
I made a ‘tool’ that checks if you can run Windows Neptune on your PC.

I do not plan on using Windows 11 or ANY future version of Windows and sticking with 10, btw i'm going to upgrade to the LTSC. Also considering switching to Linux. There is a good reason for this:
Did you know that Windows 11:
Removed local accounts
Requires an internet connection on setup
Forces AI into your system
Takes screenshots of what you're doing every few seconds with “Recall”
Updates apps whenever it wants
Requires TPM
Has an auto-show news button on the taskbar
Is less customizable than Windows 10
Is bloated with ads from Microsoft
Doesn't feel like old Windows anymore
This is serious because Microsoft isn't what it was anymore. It used to be fun and welcoming in the computer world, but now they only care about money and don't listen to us customers anymore.

i'm going to upgrade to the LTSC.I have doubts about if you can do that legally, it's not like you have some critical server that must never go down, even for system updates
Removed local accountsNot if you get Pro, and some affordable laptops come with Pro.
Even if you don't, you can just sign your Microsoft account out and get a local account.
Also Windows 10 won't let you that easily either
Requires an internet connection on setupTrue…
Forces AI into your systemYou can uninstall Copilot as easily as any other app.
Takes screenshots of what you're doing every few seconds with “Recall”Only on Copilot+ PCs, and even then only if you opt in.
Updates apps whenever it wantsLike Windows 10. Just disable it in the Microsoft Store settings.
Requires TPMTrue, although you can easily bypass it
Has an auto-show news button on the taskbarLike Windows 10.
Is less customizable than Windows 10True, although I have my taskbar on the bottom anyway
Is bloated with ads from MicrosoftLike Windows 10.
