all of the blocks in the list where you get your blocks are merged and very small and now i can't make a scratch project because the blocks won't come out!

Do you have cat blocks on? If so, try updating your extension. If you're on Chrome, then you're going to have to disable cat blocks for now until the update is released on Chrome. If not, can you click the black and white globe button to add your OS and browser info? It should look something like this
