The rulebook I also feel is a good idea. Are we keeping the same scoring system as we had before?

Top 3 Desired Roles In Order: Stat Gatherer, Reporter, Rule Expert

Are you willing to not play on a team if needed for a separate role? I prefer to play but I'm willing to fill where is needed.

How confident are you in your ability to fulfill your responsibilities? I'm pretty confident. I've had experience with stat gathering and familiar with the concept of reporting. (Both in SLOG, with the player standings and the talk show. I've also done press conferences that will help me with the gist of being a reporter.) Being a rule expert will be new to me but I look to do my best.

What are some questions or concerns you have? None, right now.

I think Aubie meant the teams themselves, not the players on the teams. But yeah we definitely need a redraft/resigning period because those teams look incredibly unfair.

That's my point.

Probably will keep the same team numbers but of course we will redraft people. So, one question I wanted to ask everyone is what do you not like about other leagues or like about other leagues that you would/would not want to include in this league?

I think long weeks (around 5 days) over the 3 day week schedule is definitely a must,

I'd say that for this league—again, I'm not sure if videos are required or not due to cloud screenshots—but if they are needed, I suggest the whole committee review them and vote on whether to count the suspicious scores. That'd alleviate the issue of consistent controversy happening repeatedly over a period of time. With every decision, clarity is necessary. Being thorough in reasoning limits any chance of a major protest.

Yes, certainly. This was probably the reason why Dude got banned, because PSU's score in the OG season being too high and Boston players arguing about it.

I think we're ready for the next stage of planning. Also when are we gonna open up the studio?

Well, looking back at S1, if we decide we are doing 6 teams to start, personally, besides the Minnesota Pioneers (fire name and logo), Boston Rebels, and the Washington Defenders, I believe the other names aren't that great (also the Alaska Peaks is a much more popular/ well known IGL team)

So maybe keep 3 team names the same and have 3 new teams, and of course redraft everybody and find new (active) leaders

And when we get to talking about teams, we can definitely feel free to talk about any changes to team names and ideas we wan for that. As for the Schedule, I totally think longer weeks are better than shorter. So I agree with you all on most of this!

Now, I do not want to rush this process of planning. And I know some of you want to move onto the next phase of planning, but I need until probably the 16th to get the next stuff up and started. The studio will likely come out shortly after the 15th. Its just that I have school until the 15th which is making me super busy (like 60 hours of school I need to get done by the 15th while working a part time job and doing an internship).

So, in this time, I would really like to lean in on asking questions. If people have any questions about structure or planning or ideas, you can just post them. However, right now, I want to know if any of you have ideas on how to run this league or plan future weeks. Is there a layout or way you want to plan? Is the discussion that we have been having over the past few days with answering questions a good way for us to plan? (in a few days, we will discuss roles.)
