The resulting explosion decimated the building; Cae survived, but his left arm was lost. Pretty convenient that he's an inventor though: He didn't just recreate his arm–he upgraded it. Increased strength, 360 rotation in the wrist and shoulder, grappling cables…all quite useful as an Infiltrator.
Core Strengths: Excels at close combat and blade fighting, good with computers and mechanics.
Core Weaknesses: Headstrong and is a bad shot. Usually misses most long-ranged attacks, so don't trust him with a sniper. He also gets dry eyes at times, especially in strong winds; this makes his eyes tear up, limiting his vision severely. His mechanical arm's hand is twice as big as his normal, so he's not that fast at typing.
Primary Weapon: After joining Liquid Metal, Cae realized his mechanized arm has a lot of combat potential, so he created a custom ‘sawblade’: essentially a combo switchblade and chainsaw(if it's not too overpowered, saw-teeth extend from the edge of the blade, and can rotate around, like a flywheel chainsaw…I dunno how to explain it.). It has an experimental, weak mid-range plasma cannon; he can't find a good enough power source for it yet, so it can only be used three or four times before needing a recharge.
Primary Gadget: Cae's left arm is a prosthetic, as mentioned before: using a mad-scientist mashup of gears, pulleys, and futuristic tech, he's given his arm the strength to crush rock, as well as full 360 rotation on both wrist and shoulder. The forearm and hand can be dislocated, loosely held in place by cables; he can use this as a grappling hook, or to hit things from a distance.

Backstory: in 2085, a tank once spawned, named “Foxofpeace”, Foxofpeace had BIG dreams, and has a BIG BIG brain, but one day, when Foxofpeace was 5 (in 2090), the evil kumquats landed! they invaded their planet (diep429422), and Foxofpeace was forced into hiding, and while Foxofpeace was hiding, he ate some gallium, giving him his fox DNA and his love for eating gallium, and he found a legendary sword, and he went full “right back atcha” on the kumquats, but the sword broke, leading the rest of the tanks to finish off the invading kumquat troops, which was successful! the tanks now were living peacefully! at 20, in the year 2105, Foxofpeace was bored with the planet diep429422, and Foxofpeace flew in his spaceship, and found a life planet that looked amazing! he landed his spaceship, but quickly discovered it was a full DANGER ZONE! Foxofpeace built a underground bunker that nobody knew about, and hid there for until the chaos completely stopped, at 2110! at 2110, or when Foxofpeace was 25, an organization called liquid metal told him that the chaos was over, and that they were requiting people, and he accepted! when Foxofpeace was 30, and it was 2115, he found another tank from diep429422, and they fell in love and married! in 2125, or when Foxofpeace was 40, he remade the legendary sword, and reinforced it with diamonds, but the legendary sword is weakened when he gets scared or there is radiation around, and it needs to be recharged

Personality: He's quiet. He grew up noticing things and keeping quiet to survive. he's sarcastic and jovial when he is talking though, and extremely cynical.

Backstory: Nile was born to a street rat who was a young scrapper herself. His father is unknown. When Nile was five, his mom died, so he spent his childhood and teens in the system, which badly traumatized him. When he finally got out, he had nothing. Approached on the street by a Dawn Of Calamity recruiter, who promised him safety and power. Hungry for these things he'd heard of but never seen or felt, he accepted.

Core Strengths: He's strong, due to how much he works out, and he's handy with most weapons.

Core Weaknesses: He has a weakness for beautiful people. he's also mentally unstable from some past experiences and becomes violent when pressed or scared.

Primary Weapon: Usually a pistol, and usually an N200, but Nile loves it when he can get his hands on a sniper rifle.

Primary Gadget: caltrops

Other equipment: he keeps a length of rope and several tactical items on hand at all times. (Scissors, tape, superglue, ect.)

This is all so, so out of touch with the theme of the RP. This is not even remotely a diep.io RP, and has zero relation to the series. It's a grounded, near-future espionage and tactical action RP. There are only human characters. There is no extraterrestrial activity or otherworldly creations. The backstory is hard to follow and doesn't correlate to anything within this universe. As for character traits themselves, they too are irrelevant to the setting.
There's no way this would fit within the RP. Please re-read the rules and follow the world that has been built.

I can approve this, however we only accept people who are Scratcher rank. You can start once you've hit that point.
I think there could also be some improvements made to their gadgetry. I'm not sure where the caltrops will come into play (better used as a secondary gadget) and office supplies aren't well suited to combat or tactics. Some revision could make them more capable in the field.
