Okay it seems like she’s getting V5 if the goal of 5 million yen is met, and if the stretch goal of 10 million yen is met, she’ll also get a V6 ai voicebank.
It’s part of a new project where you can apply to get a crowdfunded vocaloid voicebank.
Tsunose Kotone (A.I. VOICE) and another new VTuber vocaloid (voiced by Akatsuki Luci) are also set to get crowdfunding campaigns in the future.

Karin's Channel the outfit changes in googoo888's videos were distracting, though I appreciate how professional their videos looked and how they're still active on their gaming channel, but I might be a bit biased because of Karin's cute art.

By crypton do you just mean vocaloid than yes she's either going to be made into a v5 or v6. The people who are making her are A.I. Inc and her original creator, missile39 since Crypton is it's own company

Yes, vocaloid is owned by yamaha and crypton is just a 3rd party company that makes voicebanks for vocaloid sometimes.
However, Rei is definitely getting a standard V5. An ai V6 voicebank WILL be developed, but if the result isn’t good, it will be scrapped.
As for who is making the voicebanks, A.I. inc have no ownership rights over Adachi Rei. Missile39’s company, mechanical girl, are the only owners of Adachi Rei. A.I. inc’s only involvement with Rei was her replivoice voicebank, which they made in collaboration with mechanical girl/missile39, since replivoice uses A.I. voice software, which is made by A.I. inc.
The vocaloid voicebanks will be made by yamaha and mechanical girl/missile39. A.I. inc have no involvement.
