Scratch for Adults!
*sigh* I remember when I posted something like this called Scratch Senior. Now I've learned that that was a bad idea, because the ‘senior’ part defeats the whole purpose of Scratch: teaching kids to code. However, Scratch has such a great environment (coding AND community) that it could so seamlessly be used for this purpose, but the would the Scratch Team want to do that? No, because even though it could so seamlessly be used for something else, THEIR goal is completely different. Which therefore also cancels out the purpose of this idea. So both ideas cancel each other out, which results in no, this isn't very logical for the ST to create.

That wouldn't happen; the ST has already decided no.As per this post from quite a few months ago, we're not interested in splitting the community up. If you're feeling that Scratch is becoming limiting, you might want to try another, more powerful language.
On the jvvg's list of things that scratch will not be included, it said:14. A 13+ version of the websiteSo sorry, no support
Scratch is designed for all ages, and dividing the community would not really help anybody.

Closing this since it's an old thread and the suggestion has already been turned down.
