To clarify. Cloud chats are not allowed if they allow you to say anything.
Cloud chats are allowed if you have a list of words so say i type Hi it would say Hi if i typed a rude word it wouldn't show it in the chat. It has to be filtered and it's very complicated to do this. So yes you can use cloud chats and create them but they must have filters that you can't bypass. Hope this helps

I'm sorry, but you're wrong. That's a blacklist, and only whitelists are allowed.

For example, if the whitelist had “gobo” and “cat”, I wouldn't be able to say “pico”.

Blacklists are a list of censored words and if the blacklist had, let's say, “banana”, I could just type “b@nana”.

I made a project that uses a whitelist. https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/48129862/ It's easy once you have a dictionary in a list.

You could make a block list for all cuss words…. But it be like totally awkward like typing them in
