Why is it that scratch's way of listing a project ID is obsolete?

I built simple code running

when green flag clicked
set [ my variable] to (join (join [scratch.mit.edu/projects/] (pick random between [Zeniths project ID] and [my project ID] [/embed])

and for some reason it's not showing a actual. Scratch project. Can somebody explain why?

so did you literally put
when green flag clicked
set [my variable v] to (join [scratch.mit.edu/projects/] (pick random [Zenith's project ID] to [My project ID]))
or
when green flag clicked
set [my variable v] to (join [scratch.mit.edu/projects/] (pick random (1) to [insert number here]))

im confused

i think its because not all projects are shared
