PLEASE stop sharing bypass/piracy links. It’s not that I hate them but it’s the fact that the ST may get involved eventually and may cause issues.

Yeah additionally, we shouldn't implicitly support playing games instead of paying attention in class. i guess there is free time but there are alternatives to playing games idk i sound like a nerd right now
Just gonna say this before I get in some problems: I don't support games in class. If I play games, I'm done with my work. I let them decide whether or not to do their work.
Even then, the websites being shared are considered piracy sites, and that's illegal.
Except when it's not!

Piracy - the unauthorized use or reproduction of another's work.
Unless that one guy got the rights to convert Subway surfers to HTML, thats piracy, both using it and converting it to HTML.

And to elaborate: im not mad at the act being committed, im more mad at the fact that this can obviously get people in trouble at school for this and may cause this topic to get dustbinned or closed for a while and yet some people just don’t seem to listen

Let's stop sharing pirated game links. There are other ways to find them; they are not allowed on Scratch.
Please simply report any post you see with pirated game links.

okay so the teachers use linewize here (we used to use securly) and it makes me SO MAD when they like… “disable browsing” because it closes out our tabs even when we're looking at like. important emails. or something. and then when they remove it, it reopens literally ALL of our tabs at once and they reload at the same time and cause a bunch of lag

As of recently, my school has been blocking a significant amount of unneccessary things.

I had to search up wedding colour palettes for a mood board. Blocked.

In media studies, had to find christmas print adverts. Also blocked.

I also had to look for modern cleaning product ads to study. I tried to search for them, and it was…of course, blocked. But the strange thing is, it said it was blocked because it involved “Hacking”. Since when did cleaning products promote hacking?

In a way, that is funny when that happens.
