I'm currently trying to make a terraria like game with block placing, and whenever I try place the blocks, it keeps duplicating whenever I place a new one please help

no I hardly use brodcast

maybe share ur project so we can sniff around

I did you are free to sniff around

it's a classic case of every clone does it. just move the clone creating script to the player to fix it. (or use a variable to distinguish between clone and original sprite)
