I want to make a moveset with t0es engine but I have absolutely no idea how the engine works. (I'm just looking for the most simple explanation)

The “best” way to learn how the game engine works is to break it down into parts, as well as experiment with it.

What I mean by break down is to remove blocks of code from the person's engine, and see what happens. Do NOT delete the block entirely, just move it out of the tower of blocks that make the script work. Run the script, then place the block back in place, and repeat for the other remaining blocks.
Then think about WHY the engine uses this script as such.

Basically add the blocks back into their tower, one piece at a time.
