Hello, so I've been aware as of lately that there is a huge bot situation that is going on and many users have been getting hacked, harassed, spammed, and doxxed by these people as of I have reported them and used the “Contact Us” page but yet nothing is stopping them or genuinely just preventing them from cutting it out what do we do? this is a serious matter for this platform and I feel really bad for the people that have been targeted on here #SaveScratch

I haven't heard anything (i'm not very active anyway), but if this is true: No, we are not doomed.
There have been bots and hackers countless times before, yet scratch is still standing. You did what you could, just be patient and the scratch team will hopefully sort this out.

Yeah but the thing is though this has been going on since June and it's almost December so that means it is about to be a year since this chaos has happened

are you aware of how many months are in a year

the bots haven’t doxxed nor hacked anyone (if they did the forums would have exploded), though harassment and spamming did happen through the form of ghost following (randomly getting followed by accounts that don’t exist) and remixing with inappropriate stuff
the scratch team is already trying to keep it down, they just don’t announce it to the public to avoid mass panic or something like that
keep reporting the bot stuff you see, and no, we are not doomed

There has been rumors that a user was spreading information about the famous user who I am just going to refer as “Marshmallow” I am not certain to what it is but lots of people even discussed this and Marshmallow himself said he was doxxed by a user too so I have reasons to believe it is true because before Him a user who I will refer as “Thunder” He was attacked and his comments we're spammed by a popular well-known hacker in a community I am in

I would but sadly I don't know where to find these comments at only other people have seen them and that ruins my evidence for me too

Hey there! Just wanted to say that I was actually banned for 2 months because someone broke into my account, and ST gave it back to me just fine. They're watching out for us and doing everything they can to keep things safe. I recommend refraining from talking about the trolls whatsoever (both in the forums and on the main part of the site) as it motivates them.

Okay I won't do it sorry guys I thought that this was pretty important and I had to discuss it but this does seem to be a bad idea sorry for involving anyone

I feel like scratch is having less people cause there's bots, doxxers, hackers and there's more but l just feel like I'm not using scratch anymore unless l get my account back also uhh I'm hacked and keep getting doxxed.

Even if they didn't leaked your Address if they leaked you're House then it still is considered bad for you when did this happen?
