I just have to ask, out of all things to bring back why Cat Blocks for Membership?

If it was just badges, not cat blocks (which I'm still confused which one we're talking about) really no one will actually care for it other than probably small kidsthe small kids are scratchs primary audience, thats still a pretty big deal
