As I said I need to do a PTA binge.I still need to watch Magnolia.I swear in the next month I’ll lock myself in a room for 12 hours to watch One Battle After Another, Magnolia, and There Will Be Blood back to back to back. It's winning Best Picture, watch it.RealSeeing that trailer and the Odyssey in between the trailers for Smurf's and Cat in the Hat was truly one battle after another“Jon Peters was like, ‘I want Sean Penn to play Superman.’ He had just seen Dead Man Walking, and he goes, ‘Look at his eyes in that movie. He’s got the eyes of a violent animal, a caged killer,”You know what other movie Sean Penn feels like a violent animal and a caged killer in?

The Lex Luthor idea is mainly informed by Daniel Plainview, but also the running theme through PTA's works about people who, at their core, just want connection and love.Lex talks about abandoning his boy (this is the only thing I know about TWBB)No, he should make a Lex Luthor movie. Together. I don't know if it's possible to judge Joel individually considering how he's only made one movie on his own and it's an adaptation of one of the most famous pieces of literature ever. What DC movie would the Coen Brothers be good for?Together or individually?

The Coen’s are at their best making what are even if they are comedies or westerns, character studies. I could say Jonah Hex due to their history of westerns but that feels generic. This might be a weird one but an adaptation of Absolute Martian Manhunter

This is definitely leaning more to their comedic side, but they love their bumbling protagonists and shaggy dog stories. Jimmy Olsen.Together.What DC movie would the Coen Brothers be good for?Together or individually?

I think picking a Coen’s brother DC movie is difficult because they are highly unpredictable with their movies and what happens in themThis is definitely leaning more to their comedic side, but they love their bumbling protagonists and shaggy dog stories. He named his production company after one of Jean-Luc Godard's movies. As soon as Godard said he thought Tarantino's work was “null”, Tarantino stopped liking him.Tarantino would make something so self indulgent for a DCU movieThey're so versatile, it's what makes them great. [He named his production company after one of Jean-Luc Godard's movies. As soon as Godard said he thought Tarantino's work was “null”, Tarantino stopped liking him. He’d also never work on a DCU movie due to his ten film rule and I he’d very much violate the “no jerk” policy the DCU production staff has. Not saying he isn’t a good director or writer but I doubt he’d (and many other famous directors) would get along with the DCU crew.
