Hey members ! Just a quick message about our next co-owner : Like last time, we will elect them. However, the shop's rapid growth means it takes more time and effort to maintain it. Therefor, I decided to change the way the co-owner role works - here is the new, clearer description of the position :

The co-owner can :

accept and refuse any staff application

refuse incorrect orders

start activity checks

In return, they get :

high visibility on the staff page

the ad spot on the home page for free

something to add to a cover letter (yes, as City Shop co-owner is a leadership position in Scratch's biggest shop, you can actually do this !)

Is there currently a list of orders anywhere?
I feel like there used to be one…

If not I'd be interested in making a website to organize orders

It would have things like a list of orders, due dates, order info, and would allow staff to take orders and mark them as completed, etc.

Tell me if this seems like something that would be used.

No, I did it programmatically.
I went through all the pages with a script to get all the posts, filtered by ones that seemed like they were an order, and made a nice list out of them.

To get the posts more easily, I used another program I recently made: https://github.com/redspacecat/scratchpost
