You should probably add that in the changelog. The button only showing up when logged out I mean.

This update added an easy way to center costumes in the costume editor; when a costume is dragged close to the center, a crosshair appears, showing the center of the editor. The costume will automatically align to the center if it is close enough.
2019 August 1
The Scratch sound editor was updated to have several new features; the ability to edit portions of a sound file, copying, pasting, and deleting portions of a sound and the “Copy to new” button for making a new sound with the copied portion. Additionally, more sound effects and keyboard shortcuts were implemented. The echo effect was removed as the Scratch Team worried that the sound effects area was too cluttered.

The “Load from your computer” update in the project editor was updated so it didn't load the .sb3 files into a new project but loaded them into the project the user is on.
2019 January 9
Several bugs that occurred due to the release of Scratch 3.0 were fixed - projects that were getting stuck on the loading screen were fixed so they loaded faster, 2.0 images (especially Bitmap ones) appeared very blurry so they were updated, the “Instructions” and “Notes and Credits” sections of projects were updated so they had the same features as 2.0, love and favorite notifications started to show up again, the “View all” link for project remixes and studios had been added back into the project page, backpacks were getting a lot of errors when loading so any bugs with the backpack was fixed, dragging sprites out of the backpack didn't make them come and it was fixed, the “ghost” graphic effect could go under 0 and above 100 which was fixed, the cloud variables in a project were accidentally limited to 8 and they were made 10 again.

2018 December 10 The cloud variable length limit was raised to 256 characters.
2018 July 20 Some pages such as the Message page and the What's Happening? section changed. “Load More” button got larger and all links became bold.
2018 April 21 The Recently Shared Projects row at the front page was removed.
2018 February 15 Cloud Data can have 128 characters at most, and hexadecimal numbers are prohibited.

2015 December 21 Videos up to 60 seconds of a project can now be recorded. In the Scratch editor, from the File menu, select “Record Project Video.” (A user account must be signed in to see this option.) Additional recording options can be chosen (such as recording sound and mouse clicks) through the “More Options” menu. Then, run the project. Once the recording is done, follow the instructions to download the file to a computer. Depending on what type of computer is used, another program may need to be downloaded (e.g. VLC Media Player) to play the file.
2015 October 26 On this day, the Scratch Team launched the first of many upgrades to the look and feel of the Scratch website. Before this day, it took a lot of work for the servers to run Scratch. From then on, a lot of that work happened in the delivery of the content, rather than by the servers. This meant that Scratch should start to load and run faster.
Separately, the design of the website had begun to be updated so that it’s easier to use. A new navigation bar was released (at the top of the homepage screen) - and it would soon appear elsewhere on the site.
