I want to make a horror game featuring nosoi and other characters from the Rochas313 ARG. Any ideas on what I could do for this?

Typically, you shouldn't make a horror game on Scratch if you don't wanna get banned.

Why not? I don't see the issue, most of the games I make are hella violent and I don't get flagged for them. The only project I've ever had taken down was a random post project.
