I did a nice little session on my galaxy print, though. I played mostly ace attorney and stretchmo, with a little bit of pushmo on the side
it was a lot of fun

Yeah, it might be “old” but the GBA still is my favorite console.

Yea it's good, but the DS is just as good too. Same though, they should start making a handheld. I would buy it.

Like the new hybrids just ARE the same. The old ones were underpowered, which was why they got exclusives

Again, me personally, I think that the Game Boy Advance SP sounds better. Its benefits are

A) Wider catalog
B) Better quality
C) Smaller

but the Game Boy Color also has perks:

D) Cheaper
E) More nostalgic
F) Can display GB and or GBC games much better than the GBA can.

They could both have a rechargeable battery, as opposed to regular ones.

my pov on GBA SP vs GBC:

SP Pros:
foldable, compact
compatible with all game boy, gbc and gba games (and it plays gb and gbc in original resolution so it looks pixel perfect)
BACKLIGHT FINALLY

Sp Cons:
no headphone jack
ye thats it sp is goated

GBC Pros:
all the colors, including different colors of the actual console
10+ hours battery life
the vertical design

GBC Cons:

D) Cheaper

wdym cheaper this is 2025 and Nintendo hasn't made GBCs since like 2002.
no backlight
makes game boy games, that are not designed for color, include color and make them look slightly more ugly ngl
