Scratch 3.0 offline editor working on versions lower than Windows 10

Hello, I realized that Scratch's offline editor works on operating systems lower than Windows 10, is there any reason?
P.S : Scratch's offline editor system requirements is Windows 10+

well that is because it's a lie and you can get the offline version on older OSs, like windows vista

I feel like the Scratch developers test it on newer OSes only.

Well yeah, cuz they're developers. They have money to activate Windows.

Note: The minimum is 7 (I've tested it, and the direct download works completely fine on Windows 7), but you can get it on Vista by either spoofing a later OS or by setting compatibility mode to lower than Windows 2000. If the app doesn't open, it should work with supermium-electron. This should also work with other electron apps like TurboWarp Desktop
Edit: Also, I don't know if they just never tested it, but there were plenty of people like 5 years ago saying it worked on 7
There was something similar on the 1.4 page where people thought it would not work on 10 or 11 because it only goes up to 8

Wait, I also used it on my W7 computer, and it worked very well. I feel like the Scratch Team should lower Scratch 3.0's system requirements.
Edit : I forgot to add “should” before “lower” E…..

Same, as it's worked for like 4-5 years on Windows 7 (people mentioned this on the forums soon after the offline editor came out, but it wasn't ever changed)

Why'd they make it Windows 10+, like they made it macOS 10.13+, and Android 6.0 which are the old versions of macOS and Android.
