Softwares For SVGS (or vectors.)
I got nowhere better to post this but here
Are you sick and tired of how Terrible and garbage the scratch brush is?
and even if you edit the vectors that you draw with it it'll take a lot of time to edit it.
now sadly the massachusetts institude of technology doesn't want to add a better Brush, so here are some sources you can use as a better alternative, and they're all vector too!
1. Krita
Krita is a free open-source art software, perfect for 2D Illustrations and has over 20+ Tools which includes a better brush
2. Wick Editor
The Wick Editor is a free animation software perfect if you want to make smooth cut-scenes or animations, oh and this is web based too and is the most accessible if you use chromeOS
3. Adobe Animate*
This product sadly costs money (no it's not a single license issue product, it's a subscription),
4. Macromedia Flash 8*
This Product is sadly discontinued, you can find a download for free on the web, but it is risky as you could be vulnerable to malware
Macromedia Flash 8 is an Animation Software which also serves as a game maker, but has that perfect brush tool of wavy lines and curly circles, this software has grouping too, so the brush doesn't have to overlap with what you draw Every time.
I made this vector with flash 8 https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1224411286/
5. Adobe Flash CS4*
This Product is sadly discontinued, you can find a download for free on the web, but it is risky as you could be vulnerable to malware
same as Flash 8 but has a more smoother brush
6. Photopea
no info yet, i'll provide more when I can, but it's an alternative to Adobe Photoshop
If you know if there are more softwares for vectors please comment, you'll be credited if you do, pls no viruses
(*) for these ones you will need a third party extension or a Decompiler to get svgs

i'm fairly sure Krita and Photopea are btimap editors, not vector ones.
(for vector software, there's Inkscape too. that one's free and open source)
