No it is a bug or at least is caused by something, and I think you mean account and not computer. I'm only logged out on a specific browser profile. When I swap browsers or go to another OS, I'm not logged out on that browser and OS. This means that no one else is actually logging in to my account. I've also tried a new profile on Google Chrome (MacOS 11.3 and Chrome 138).
Also, I get logged out repeatedly and sometimes (when this bug is ongoing), it gets to the point where I get logged out the second I log in or when I get logged out every time I change pages.
It has also happened to me on 3.0 pages, and not just 2.0 pages.

Well i did log into scratch on my school laptop, that probably explains it
