1k Introduction
November 1

Word Count: 1,087

Hello, all!! Welcome to my one thousand word introduction!! (I nearly said 5k whoops. It's 2 am, give me grace lol) I don't know if anyone will actually read this but if you are, good luck!! This is probably going to be half delirious ramblings lol Anyways on with it!

Okay so first of all, I'll give y'all the basics. If you've interacted with me before, you probably know a lot of this already. I go by Dawn online. I'm a non denominational Christian!! <3 I'm from Canada and am in mountain time, which means it's currently 2:30 am at the time of me writing this lol My sleep schedule is basically non existent. I go through phases where it's fine and I go to bed at a reasonable hour but it slowly progresses later and later until it's completely screwed up. I'm eighteen and graduated high school last spring. I currently have no plans for my future, which isn't ideal. But there are so many things that I would love to do but have no idea how to start. And also, it's really hard to pick just one. I don't want to go to university for five years then decide, “you know what? Now that I've invested all this time and money into this career, I don't really want to do it. I'd rather do x instead.” So yeah, I have no plan for the future. I'm currently looking into minimum wage jobs that I can do for a while until I figure out my life. I have a dog, her name is Piper and she is the best!! She's a Labrador x Golden Retriever cross. Uhh that's all I can think about for the basics. Let's move on!!

I have a lot of hobbies. Most of which are creative. I love to draw or paint, mostly acrylic. I obviously like to write, and reading goes hand in hand with that. Though I don't read nearly as much as I did when I was younger. Which is kind of sad, but I do a lot of other stuff now. The main reason is because I have more friends and I actually go out and do things with them lol. I was a lonely child; mostly in middle school, when I was homeschooled. I also love musical theatre and did it for a few years before I became an adult and aged out of the program. I love crafts like macrame, paper mache, clay, random things like that. Oh, I adore those booknook kits!! I only have two but they were both so fun! I've always loved assembling things, which brings me to another hobby- assembling Ikea furniture! /hj It's not really a hobby but I also found it fun and started assembling all my family's furniture when I was around twelve. My parents hated it, so it worked out well. I used to have a lot more active hobbies but most of those ended when Covid hit. Mostly aerial silks, taekwondo, and gymnastics/acrobatics. I've also done horseback riding on and off since I was eight but due to allergies, I've had to stop. (Which is honestly really heartbreaking </3) I think I've talked enough about hobbies.

Onto more scratch specific stuff. I've been on scratch for almost seven years now and done Scratch Writing Camp for a little over four years. My first session was November 2021 which is crazy to me. I've skipped a few sessions since then, but have been pretty consistent overall. I've co-led a few times, but mostly camped. Both are good!! I just don't think I have the time anymore to be a good cabin leader. Let me tell you, Scratch Writing Camp is hard to stop once you start. Every time I try to leave I find myself coming back. It's just such a great community <33 Everyone is very friendly and supportive. I've made so many awesome friends throughout the years and I wouldn't trade them for anything. If you guys are reading this, I love you all so much <3 And if you're reading this and we're not friends, don't be scared to comment on my profile and say hi! I love meeting new people and making new friends <3 Oh, also (I just finished and remembered I should add this) I'm in Psycho-Fi this session!! Let by Ris (aka Siri, iykyk), Encryn, and Maddie. They're all epic!!

Ugh, 3 am and roughly 300 words to go. We now move into the true rambling section where I don't even try to connect thoughts and just write whatever I can think of. You thought the last few paragraphs (if you could even call them that) were disorganized and pure chaos, then buckle up because it's going to get worse lol. I love movies!! Especially animated movies (I'm currently listening to the Frozen soundtrack lol) Despite what many people I know say, animated movies are top tier. Especially the movies Sony has been putting out lately. Like the Spiderverse movies??? Insaneeee. I love the art style so much. And excellent characters. Also K Pop Demon Hunters?? I watched that movie at least a dozen times in the first two weeks after it was released. The soundtrack is so good. And I don't even like K Pop that much. And the storytelling?? Ugh. I love Rujinu. I tried to get two of my guy friends to watch it but they heard the title and immediately noped it. I got some of my other friends to watch it though!! And they loved it. Also, I'm left handed. Fun fact!! That was so random but I have less than a hundred words left lol. I have four younger siblings. I love them so much. I'd never tell them that though (that's a joke, I would tell some of them I love them /j) Uhh I don't know what else to write. I'm mixed. Wasian. That's a weird word. My dad is Korean and my mom is Dutch. You would never know I'm mixed though. My friend said it makes sense when I tell people but like I could pass for white lol. Though I also get a lot of people thinking I'm Filipino. Like there was this one Filipino cleaner at a hotel who tried to speak to me in Tagalog and I was so lost. Oh, I've hit one thousand words!! Yippee!! I'm going to submit this and then sleep lol. It's 3:20 and I'm exhausted. Goodnight, y'all <3

November 1 - Mission 01

Words: 1375/1000

⋆ ⊹ ┈┈┈┈┈「 ☆ 」┈┈┈┈┈ ⊹ ⋆

Hello! My name is Saki Skylar, a 17-year-old British-Chinese Christian tea-dependent girl living in the UK, and leader of high tension Action and the Thrillaction British Takeover Alliance! I use she/her pronouns and have a wide variety of interests, although I’m currently pursuing science and engineering in terms of my academics.

Starting with my academic interests! As stated previously, I absolutely love STEM, and I’m studying for my A Level exams this coming summer! … Which is kind of ironic, considering this is Scratch Writing Camp. At school, I do biology, chemistry, maths, and physics! And yes, I am in 24/7 pain because I have a full schedule, no you do not need to give me your sympathies, I knew this going in. I was sure as heck not doing an EPQ so four subjects it was. I absolutely love all my subjects, and I maintain that physics is the best science with biology at a close second. I also hold the slightly controversial opinion that organic chemistry is better than inorganic and physical chemistry, although OCR A does have a way of ruining my enjoyment of the subject with weird mark schemes. At least they’re not as cursed as AQA. I also firmly stand by the fact that the UKMT maths challenges are the best 90 minutes / 2 hours of the school year because the problems are fun and you can fight me on that.

I’m currently considering doing a course in civil engineering next year, when (if all goes well), I’ll be heading off to university! In the meantime, I’m suffering through the wonderful thing known as UCAS. However, I am also currently in the middle of a career crisis (I believe this is my fifth or sixth since the start of 2025 because how is my biology grade better than my physics grade this is illegal-) and debating very heavily over whether to go into medicine/healthcare (emergency or paediatrics, I do not think I could handle any other specialties) or civil engineering (because infrastructure is cool), so I might end up taking a gap year and figuring out what to do with my life by doing some volunteer work and an engineering internship at the same time. I figured that it might just be best to see where the wind takes me on this though, so we shall see if the Skylar of three years in the future is still where she thinks she will be.

At school, I also passionately participate in Model United Nations! I’ve fallen in love with this ever since I first did it because I heard the words “politics” and “debate” and was like, “heck yeah!” and signed up for my first conference. I’m now a member of the Secretariat, which is really fun because I get to plan the conference this year. It’s so fun getting to be another country and see how they view things and doing all the research and I love all the chaos that comes from it, such as starting way too many wars for our own good… it’s okay! Also this is probably the cause of my interest in crisis cabins hehe.

I’m also into music! I’m in my school’s choir, and I’m super excited for some of the performances we’ve got lined up this year! I sing second soprano/alto, and I absolutely love every moment of choir rehearsals! Outside of school, I also play piano and violin and if my parents are out of the house you can probably find me recording a cover of some sort.

On the topic of music, let’s talk about my musical interests! I enjoy listening to pop/rock music, I also enjoy some k-pop and j-idol pop! I am currently in a musical hyperfixation with Project Sekai: Colourful Stage so a lot of the music I listen to is based on that! I’ll talk a bit more about proseka later so this is not the last you’re hearing of this, ehehe. In terms of j-idol pop, I very passionately listen to and enjoy AKB48 and their associated sister groups as well as Nogizaka46’s “Hashire! Bicycle” and “Kimi no Na wa Kibou” if it wasn’t already obvious from my leader app ahah! I also like Rino Sashihara’s =LOVE and associated sister groups, with my favourite songs by them being “=LOVE”, “Want you! Want you!” and “P.I.C.” - Take a listen, they’re awesome! Also, if my parents aren’t home I might be making a cover or two ehehe-

Moving on to my other interests, one of these includes the previously aforementioned Project Sekai! I started playing over the summer and I absolutely love the game! I’m super hyped for Ena5 on ensekai because of the song “Yoka ni Mitorete” which is so beautiful and I love it!! But despite my hype for that, my favourite unit is actually Leo/need! I love pop-rock music and so I really like Leo/need’s characters. Especially Saki, who is so bouncy and enjoyable and she plays the keyboard (like me!!) so she’s my favourite of all the proseka characters! I’m currently trying to fc SToRY on expert and my failures are paining me (please. let me fc SToRY.) It’s one of my favourite Leo/need songs, along with “Ryuusei no Pulse”, “From Tokyo”, “Aioi”, “Kaisei”, and “from Y to Y”. As for the other units, I really like N25, especially Mafuyu and Ena, as well as More More JUMP! because idol group. I also enjoy VBS’s “Kashika” as it has so many yummy harmonies (but all VBS songs do…) I love them all and they’re all so awesome!

I also love to write! … I mean. Why wouldn’t I, I’m in a writing camp after all! I’ve been writing ever since I was a child and I love using it as a creative outlet for all my thoughts and wild ideas. It’s so fun! I did seriously consider becoming an author when I was like… 7 but then I realised that I do not in fact have the ability to finish writing a novel so hey, there goes that down the drain. STEM was calling to me. My favourite genres to write in are Science Fiction and Realistic Fiction! Not surprising, given my other interests, ahaha. I love worldbuilding as a part of writing as well and it’s so fun worldbuilding a city and yapping about all the public services that exist! I usually like to establish words and have my characters be chaotic in them, so you’ll hopefully see a lot more of them throughout the session!

I also need to ramble about figure skating for a moment. I do it for fun, and it’s very fun because I get to do jumps and spins, I’m learning my toe loop and my backspin right now, both of which are way more stable than my salchow or my upright spin… I know the physics of it but my brain doesn’t want to trust the laws of physics for whatever reason… oh well. Anyways it’s really fun and I hope to one day do show skating as a fun side thing, because I don’t really do any other sports. Most sports do not exist in my brain. RIP.

Aside from skating and writing and playing proseka, you can also probably find me passionately hyperfixating on something or other - something you might not know about me is that I’ve been recently diagnosed with ADHD! Right now my current hyperfixation is proseka, but I also was very interested in aviation (planes are life) and also transport infrastructure, and also how to fix our terrible healthcare systems at one point. I think that these systems are really cool and they’re part of the reason I want to go into civil engineering because I want to fix our trains! (… but at least we’re slightly better than the Deuchebahn.) I also want to fix the world’s very broken healthcare systems, but I realise that requires a) a lot of idealism and b) a lot of time commitment and c) a lot of problems that will emerge from me trying to fix them, so… it may be best to just not. Anyways, that’s Skylar-has-too-much-faith-in-humanity for you. Let’s admit it, I do.

avi's word thread

daily one - traditions, 1k intro

Hello hello hello!! It’s ya fellow neurospicy artist, writer, crafter, roleplayer- avi/oak!! I use he/it/xe/they pronouns and reside in the elegant super turtle timezone (est). I’m a leo (july 29th). Dailies refresh at 8 for me lol

I’m a demisexual, demiromantic questioning trans gal who very much enjoys connecting with my identities. I’m a border collie, coyote, gray wolf, squirrel, turkish angora therian and furry !! I love to take photos or spend time in nature, ESPECIALLY at a creek. I have a total of 16 pets: 9 chickens (queso, nugget, winnie, stella, henny, fiona, sweetie pie, mother clucker, and fern), 4 dogs (luna, junie, tula, tino), 2 cats (daisy bling bling, froggy), and 1 rabbit (rosemary, rip fig). I heavily enjoy drawing, although my skills are not the highest it’s something i hope improve on, a long with my writing, sewing, and crafting skills.

Lately, I’ve taken interest in learning guitar and starting a band!! As of the start of swc I only know two chords/notes (e minor and g major lol), but it hope to improve by the end- at least by 2 more notes.

I’m currently hyperfixating MAJORLY on arcane, (the show). I’m in a ton of other fandoms as well, but I just can’t stop obsessing over this gosh dang show :,) I’ve recently finished heartstopper (read the books MANY times before though,) and started sweet tooth. All of these shows are on netflix for anyone wondering!!

I have so much to say about arcane so if you ever wanna discuss it with me i will GLADLY converse with you >:3

I’m a bigggggg moth and bones and taxidermy fan. I love all sorts of “cringe” culture and weird kid. I also really enjoy diving into the meanings of crystals, animals, and I guess anything else you could consider “witchy”.

I LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEEE to roleplay. Especially with cats (fellow tfc and swcers… where you at??) I currently have 3 cats, fiddlekit, mossfall, and cloverhaven. Wc, tc, and skc respectively!! Moss is going to have a litter soon and clover is probably going to perish im afraid- one of the cats that fae had a relationship with has passed and was basically one of the only reason’s I kept her alive. Still not fully sure when or how thats going to go down.

I quite enjoy most soups and boba, and tea, (especially vanilla chai.) I don’t like cheese sorry guys, but I DO love mangoes. Strawberries are my safe food, they’re peak!!!

I’m literally so overexcited for this dang session like what. My motivation levels are like the lowest they have EVER been though so like. . But I’ll have school words so that’ll hopefully help lol. Fanfishy for the win!! Ehehehehhe

I have a very large range of music taste. Like it be going from MSI (i love the music but don’t support WHATSOEVER) to Hatsune Miku, to The Oh Hellos. Like if you were to see my playlist you’d be like oh it’s probably all a similar vibe- no I like a lot of music. A LOT. Like almost anything, really.

I love diying!! If anyone has any diy clothing ideas PLEASE suggest because im like out of brain power :,)

If anyone needs to vent/rant/yap or anything at all I’m ALWAYS open you don’t even need to ask!!! I might dry reply but i mean it nicely- just don’t know what to say If you can use tone tags when speaking normally to me because i struggle with tone!! Unless ranting if you specify i’ll be fine

I’m on the tea side :,) sorry guys coffee disgusts me in so many ways!! And waffles are better (most of the time.. But pancakes if made right…)

I loveeeee collecting stuff like I have so many different collections of things its actually insane- donate your soda tabs guys please /j

I also love doing book recc swaps, song recc swaps, etc!! I always need new movies shows songs artists etc to spend time doing stuff with lol I get bored often

How do you guys write 10k intros.. Im out of ideas this is all gonna be rambling i fear

I really like archery!! Probably the only sport like thing youll catch me doing often sobsss I’m not even that good but! Its fun and thats all that matters <3 I guesssssssss I like tree climbing and sometimes running? But i have some physical limitations which make running challenging sadly

Annnnnnnnnnnnnyways!! I really like songwriting and poems even though I honestly suck at it but I’m determined to improve lol, I don’t share as most are about personal problems lol. I also an learning to crochet bit by bit- the thing i can make is a cat beanie as its all single stitches. (for anyone wondering, you chain until the chain is the length of the top of your head ALMOST ear-ear, then just single crochet around until its big enough to be a hat!!) I’ve made three of these whilst procrastinating on my own lol

I’m going to now explain to you why fanfishy (fantasy) is the BEST cabin and WILL win. One. It’s full of amazing campers and has AMAZING leaders. All cabins do though so don’t worry. Two. It’s theme and storyline is AMAZING even though I have absolutely no idea what persona 5 is. Three. It’s fantasy. And fanfishy. It has a good nickname. Shush. Four. It’s VERY clear it will win, I know it for sure >. Five. Yay. See, those are all VERY valid reasons it will win. You see now? Fanfishy ftw

Hmmmm how about i go back to the topic of my wonderful pets and describe them to you? I’m gonna do that that good idea

Okay so I have four dogs, luna, tino, junie, and tula. Luna is a small fluffy curlyish dog with like a problem with licking INSIDE my mouth. Tino is a small minpin mix with something? He’s really stupid and dumb and deaf but I love him. Junie is a american bulldog or pitbull idk but shes a big sweetheart <3 Tula is a labradoodle with ear problems and i feel sad for her and shes loud but i love her!! My single bunny, rosemary, is a gray bun with a really sassy attitude. Sadly her sister fig broke her bag a month or two ago and passed My two cats, daisy bling bling and froggy are like sort of opposites. Daisy is really grumpy and old, shes a white and gray skinny long furred cat. Froggy is a brown tabby hes chubby and ridiculous. Im not going to go in depth with my chickens because that would take a while lol

IM SO EXCITED FOR THIS SESSION

daily 3 incorporate jellyfishhh

I was quite young when the submarine was lowered. All I remember from then was a lot of ushering, thuds and thunks, whirs, and the engine starting- and oh, Pa pointing out jellyfish.
All I was allowed to know about why we went down was that we would be safer underwater. I don’t get it, but it’s alright, I suppose. Don’t have much to compare it to.
But, Pa, my only family on the sub, passed away only a year after we boarded. The scientists say he didn’t adjust quite as well as I and the others. He was among a few others, for mostly the same reason.
When he passed, they started the experiments. At least that's what I call them. Two children and two adults, I believe. I’m glad I’m not afraid of needles, because oh boy a lot of those were involved. It wasn’t… too bad, but they had me in isolation for a year. That sucked.
I have nubs now. They’re supposed to grow into small antlers, apparently, but I don’t believe that. I’m still sort of confused as to why they chose a deer to add qualities of onto me, as we’re UNDERWATER. One of the others has gills, apparently. That's useful, underwater. I can hear a lot now, which is a pro and con. You don’t wanna know.
But one thing I do love is that the lab has the best view of the outside world. I get to see so many cool things when I’m in it, especially the jellyfish. Oftentimes they bring them in actually, to test things, and I get to see them up close.
I don’t have much else to do. When we surface every other week for the scavengers to go out, and for new air, the most I can do is sneak up to the top and look around. It’s often the same, and I’m rushed down as quickly as I get up. Today, we’re being tested. Chosen, for what role we’ll be apprenticed under. Cook, scientist, teacher, etc. Or, scavenger, the hardest, apparently, to get. But from the number of times I’ve overheard things, us experimented on I have a higher chance.
I adjust the waistband of my pants, fingers crossed that I don’t get something boring like sorting. Not much I can do. The sub jolts and rocks and by the way it does, I shouldn’t be worried, It’s just rough waves.
When testing finishes, and we’ve spoken to someone about the roles, everyones assigned a mentor. As always, I’m last.
Scavenger. I’ll be going out, seeing why we’re actually in the sub in the first place.

tbc

daily 4 lyric to story
Race, alex g

'Cause you're a joke, yeah, you’re a hoax’
+
‘You're startin' to look really weird, oh yeah
Your face is out of place and I can't make you out’

Every day he gets more distant
Further
It’s like the old him was just a faded memory
Something more forgotten by the day
I miss the old him
I just keep thinking that he has something redeeming
A quality or a trait
But for months it’s like his face the way I and others view him…
I don’t know
It just gets worse.
If he was a mask it would morph and switch, manipulating
Sometimes I think he is
What is fake and what is not?
What has he said that I once thought to be true is actually true
Is it all one sick joke? Reading through old messages and seeing others messages with him makes me wonder.
He acts different like an innocent creature that did nothing wrong and hurt no one to others
Like he wants to impress them, or something.
It’s hard to tell. What used to be an easy read, like a childrens book, seems to have shapeshifted.
Maybe he is one
He always tries to defend himself. He never takes responsibility. What can we do, watch everything crumble and feel horrible for him and about ourselves?
Life isn’t easy, and it shouldn’t be. But sometimes I wish it could be, at least a little more.
It changed so fast. Our only worries used to be the ball flying over the neighbors fence or the fact we weren’t allowed to buy candy or toys.
That seems so idiotic now, looking back.
What’s even true, anymore? Because he was just a hoax, the mask he originally had on.
It was fake, and I’m not even sure what’s real anymore
It’s hard to trust him
Or even anyone else
Not now. Not after everything.
The river we went to drink from, the one always full?
It’s run dry. The thing we trusted was all a lie.

WEEKLY ONE!!!
part 1 .. poetry

When the door moves as it pleases
The windows whistle
The garden fills with overgrown w33ds

After so many years
All has been reclaimed
By nature

Once bustling with human activity
That life is now gone,
But a new one enters.

Critters fill places once unsuitable
The oven
The fridge

No longer is English spoken
Instead birdsong and chittering
Roaring and squeaking

Certain things lost their original purpose.
But a new one has been gained,
Not for humans but for the creatures who inhabited Earth before them.

Nature will reclaim, the mother of this world.
And it has, especially for this little house.
Goodnight, little bug

part 2 .. songwriting

Burn these photos all to ash
Ruin this place
Erase my memory, take them all away

Burn these bridges
Stop me from crossing that river
Don’t let me go back

You can try and make me remember
You can try and stop me from forgetting
But I’m relentless you can’t shut me up

I will forget
You can’t forgive
I don’t care (i really do)

I’m trying to forget, get it out of my head
Burn it all, remove it all
Get it out of my head

I care, I care, I care
No, I don't, but I do what do I do

Just turn of my mind, dont let it work, I dont want to remember.
I want it, you, everything out of my head

I don’t care if you forgive, I don’t care if you forget. I don’t care if everything gets stuck in your head, spinning and sailing

Spinning and sailing, spinning and sailing
Spinning and sailing, spinning and sailing

Let me forget, I care, I care, I care
No, I don't, but I do what do I do

Burn that forsaken bridge, All of them, don’t let me cross the river
Make me forget.
I don’t care if you forgive or forget.
Spinning and sailing, spinning and sailing

part 3 .. scriptwriting

INT. CLUBHOUSE
Five rocks with limbs and faces gather, discussing and debating.

ROCK 1
(angrily)
No, mangoes should clearly be eaten cooked!!

ROCK 3
(confused)
What are we talking about???

ROCK 1
(turns, looks at rock 3)
SHUT UP ROCK

ROCK 5
(offended, scoffs)
How DARE you tell me to shut up!!

ROCK 1
(still angry)
I WASNT TALKING TO YOU

ROCK 4
(pacing)
/I/ think that mangoes should be eaten frozen.

ROCK 2
(quietly)
Guys… why don’t we just eat them normally? Or with Tajin?

ROCK 1
(turns slowly to face Rock 2)
I don’t care about your opinion.

ROCK 5
(goes to stand beside Rock 2)
I think that she is right. Just eat mangoes normally guys!!

ROCK 3
(still confused)
I still don’t know what we’re talking about… I’m going to go get some ice cream
(leaves clubhouse)

ROCK 1
(sighs)
Good riddance.

ROCK 5
(defensive, shakes finger at Rock 1)
Hey!! Rock 3 is our friend!! Don’t be so mean!!

ROCK 1
(rolls eyes)
Oh hush. She ain’t my friend!!

ROCK 2
(still quiet)
I agree with Rock…

ROCK 4
(shouting)
WHICH ONE

ROCK 2
(points to Rock 5)
Him.

ROCK 1
(annoyed)
Well, now y'all are just ganging up on me!!

ROCK 4
(scooches closer to Rock 1)
I’m not… I’m on your side. Buuuuuut you’re wrong about how mangoes should be consumed.

ROCK 1
(shoves Rock 4 away)
NO I’M NOT YOU ARE!!

ROCK 2
(suddenly speaks up)
Can you guys PLEASE not fight?!?

ROCK 5
(nodding with eyes closed)
Yeah guys. Stop fighting.

ROCK 4 + ROCK 1
(slowly turns to stare at Rock 2 and Rock 5)

ROCK 1
(coldly)
Don’t tell me what to do.

ROCK 4
(agreeing)
Yeah, don’t tell us what to do!!y

ROCK 1
(whispering to Rock 4)
You sound weak stop agreeing with basically everything I say, ugh.

ROCK 4
(loudly)
I’m not!! I disagree with how mangoes should be eaten!!

ROCK 5
(storms over, scoops up Rock 1)

ROCK 1
(flailing)
HEY WHAT’RE YOU DOING???

ROCK 5
(sighing)
Getting rid of you, your just causing trouble.
(is about to throw Rock 1 into ocean)

ROCK 1
(screaming)
WHAT?!?!

ROCK 4
(scared)
DONT TAKE MY FRIEND

ROCK 1
(annoyed)
WE’RE NOT FRIENDS

ROCK 4
(sad)
Aw..

ROCK 5
(throws Rock 1 out window)
Bye bye!

ROCK 4
(confesses)
Okay I do admit its better without him screaming..

ROCK 2
(hugs Rock 5)
Thank you!! It’s so much chiller!! Should we go find Rock?

ROCK 5
(confused)
I assume you mean the rock that went to go get ice cream?

ROCK 2
(nods)

ROCK 4
(annoyed)
Do I not get a say? Ugh.

ROCK 5
(looks at Rock 4)
Oh shush!!

NARRATOR
After that, the now three remaining Rocks went to find their other friend, all having forgotten about their mango dispute.

part 4 .. speechwriting

You know what I wonder? Why are some people just so… dumb? At least enough to not realise how much could be fixed, could be better, if we were all equal? Because we all should be. I’m not sure how to describe it. But picture a world with equality- like everyone is equal. Imagine three, actually. One, the one we have now. Think of some things that make us unequal in this world. Two, picture a world where everyone is equal in a good way. And finally, three. A world where we’re all equal- but all of us struggle a bit. Which one, is the worst world to you? It could be any of them. But in my view, the first world is worse than the third. I would rather struggle collectively than have higher-ups, billionaires, people in more power, and then poor people. I think it’s better to all relate, to all struggle together. And no one is “illegal,” no one is “bad,” in anyone's view, we’re all just equal, and everyone agrees with that. Seriously, even that’s better than the inequality we have now. I’m not saying no one should have opinions or personality, but for one thing, you don’t choose where, when, or how you were born. You don’t choose whether or not you were born in a wealthy or poor family. You don’t decide how you look at the start, sure, you can customise yourself, but still. Yet in this world, we criminalize people, we shame them for things they can’t control. We’ve built a world, a community, that hurts people just because that's the environment that's been created, the societal pressure, for example, to bully just to be cool in school. This isn’t fair. We should all be created equal and /stay/ equal. People shouldn't be allowed to have so much power and money and not help the ones who don’t have that. We shouldn’t be hurt or hurting others. We should be equal. So many things point to how much it could help if we were just all equal in society. I’m really, really not talking all of us look the same, I’m saying no one is less of a person or more of a person, no one has more power over someone in a way that is hurtful. My point is, this inequality is so negatively affecting this world that it’s ruining things that shouldn’t even be impacted. Try to do better, be kinder, you never know what someone’s going through just because of what they were born into.

daily 9 downtime and notice

During my downtime, I packed my lunch and then worked on a puzzle with my family. One of my moms kept disappearing off to help my little sister with her bath, and we couldn't find the last puzzle piece. Basically a canon event when you puzzle XD
It started raining and thundering when i was about to get back on, and my brother would NOT STOP SCREAMINGGGGGG
Sometimes I hate sharing a room :,)
(thats a lie, I always hate sharing a room with all of my siblings)
I packed cake for a part of my lunch because my older sister came over for her birthday today so did my uncle and aunt but we didn’t finish so I packed leftovers and a bunch of small stuff + a key lime chobani flip. I’ll do everything else in the morning lol
It wasn’t cold or too hot downstairs, so there wasn’t much temperature-wise, even though I’m just wearing an oversized t-shirt and shorts, while most of my family had on long sleeves. I should’ve asked them how they were experiencing temperature lol
I also had some buns with butter as I was going back upstairs It left me really full but it was SOO worth it because it was really good :3 They were also leftovers from earlier today hehe
The missing puzzle piece belonged in the top left corner of the puzzle. The puzzle was a night scene, and the missing peice had leaves from a tree- fall leaves against a dark background because again, it was a night scene lol
Anyways thats an end to my all-over-the-place rambles hehe

DAILY #1: 1K INTRO
words: 1049

hello everyone! my name is jiyeon, and i'm so, so excited to be in psycho-fi for this session of swc! it is time once again for the traditional 1k intro, and i'm not one to disappoint so let's get started!

i've been on scratch since 2020, and it's been a long journey getting to where i am now. my first account was @SteveAndAlex4Ever, where i began my journey like most swcers did: bad coding and ripoffs of platformers! it was as fun as you can imagine for a 10-year-old jiyeon, and i continued making these projects until around mid-to-late 2023. this was also the time when i joined my first ever swc session! in july ‘23, i joined swc in the real-fi cabin. i then promptly forgot swc existed for about a year until march of this year and then….I GOT INTO K-POP. gasp. this was in september of 2023, and my entire life pretty much shifted to k-pop. my favorite group then (and still now) is IVE (PLEASE STREAM THEIR SONGS RIGHT NOW). to put it simply, i was OBSESSED. as happens naturally, i searched for k-pop projects on scratch once i was in the midst of my k-pop obsession. and that’s how i found s-pop! i'd been writing songs for a long time before even getting into k-pop (listen. i never said they were GOOD songs.) so when i first “joined” s-pop, it was as a songwriter! i joined a bunch of companies as a lyricist, but due to the lack of songwriting culture in s-pop at the time, i never ended up writing a single song for any of them TT. but that didn't matter. by this time, i was discovering that maybe maybe…JIYEON COULD SING??? WHAT??! so in december 2023, i officially joined s-pop as an idol! i've absolutely grown a LOT since joining so please guys. never go stalk my old s-pop account. it's so bad. please. ANYWAYS, i found swc again in january 2025, when my good friend yume, who was in s-pop (and is leading the amazing action cabin this session) applied for leader for the march session! i got flashbacks to the july ‘23 session and decided i was going to be a camper in march! that session, i got placed in the insanely fun myth cabin, and from there i fell back in love with swc! in april, i applied for co-leader for the very first time, and the amazing skylar asked me to co-lead APOCALPICNIC with her! it was so much fun to lead the cabin, and if i hadn’t unfortunately missed the leader app deadline for november i'd definitely have applied! that brings us right up to today, the start of the november session, and i'm already insanely excited. psycho-fi's leading team is absolutely incredible, and i can't wait to see what they have in store

now, a little about me off-scratch! i'm going to turn 15 later this month, and honestly i'm a bit scared cause WDYM IM GONNA BE AN ADULT IN THREE YEARS. it feels like yesterday i was 12 and now i'm in high school like WHAT. oh, and speaking of high school, i'm literally dying they give me so much work. i managed to get into a charter school so it makes sense it'd be more intense but like. i get up at 5:30 just to catch the bus, don't get home till 4, and go to bed at midnight. this is not good. but WHATEVER. i'm a competitive dancer, and whenever people ask me what type of dance i do i usually just relate it to dance moms because explaining EVERYTHING i do would take hours. however, the whole point of this is to add more words, so you guys get the long version! basically, my team trains in a bunch of styles but we only have a jazz and contemporary group dance. we have classes in *ahem* ballet, jazz, turns and jumps, contemporary, hip hop, tap, modern, and sometimes others! this is also my third year performing a solo, and this season my solo is contemporary; however i've done jazz and lyrical solos in the past! we compete at three regional competitions and one national competition per season, and there is also an optional competition our studio allows us to go to with just our solos, duets, or trios! the awards system at each competition is different, and if you're not experienced with it it can be pretty confusing, but basically dances are split by age group, experience level, and amount of dancers. then there's a separate top placements for each of those categories, so for example “junior novice small groups” and “junior novice large groups” would get different top placements. there's a lot more but basically that's how it works!

and more about me in general! i'm VERY against ai being used for….pretty much anything. there's just barely anything ai can really do that you can't do yourself, and especially given that not only does it make a ton of mistakes (once it told me the time and it was like. four hours off.) but it also hurts the environment because of the insane amounts of water used to run it. unfortunately for me, both my dad and my aunt are in support of it, which admittedly has caused more than a few arguments between us. still, i've promised myself that i'll never use ai, because everything that it could possibly do for me, i could do just as better.
i used to have like. ZERO. self confidence, mostly back in 2023 and early 2024. through a pretty random and complicated series of events in april ‘24, i somehow managed to get mySELF out of that hole and wake up to how cool i am! of course, i’m definitely not perfect yet, but i'll take any improvement over whatever was happening in 2023.

it's been a pretty long time since i did a 1k intro! topics definitely came easier to me than they did during july, but whether that was due to my life getting more interesting or me just getting better at writing we'll never know. i'm so thrilled to be a camper in psycho-fi this session, and i hope to see everyone around the cabin!

You walk into the local bookstore in your town and breathe in the scent of all books that were scattered around the place. It's wonderful. You run your hand along the spines of all the book, wondering which one you'd want to look through. After a while, you take a leather book in your hands and look over the beautiful purple and blue cover before. On the cover, there was beautiful handwriting that read “Piper's Journal” and curious, you decide to take a look. Surrounded by the bookstore's comforting silence, you open it and begin looking into its contents…

→ 01 - 1056/1000 words - 1k word intro ←

hi hi! my name is pepper, i go by she/her, live in the amazing timezone of pst, and am currently attempting yet another 1k word intro ;D this is my 9th session of swc, i've participated in every session since march 2023 <3 so i guess i'm getting pretty old askjgfsh :'D i am co-leading thriller this session, making it my 7th time on the leadership team which i'm hyped about! last session i led horror skyscraper which was so much fun, and i'm excited to be back! anyway, i'll ramble about some of my hobbies below ^^

I AM A HUGE READER <3 the past few months especially, i've gotten through several books, and am working on some annotating skills :eyes: i just read powerless, powerful, and reckless by lauren roberts and that got me out of a bit of a reading slump which was awesome! (5 stars coming from a fairly harsh critic :0) currently absolutely obsessed with them and also SHOCKED with how reckless ended TuT powerful destroyed my soul, i finished it in one day and haven't been able to recover since. mak :'(( i'm going to borrow fearless from a friend, but until then, i started caraval by stephanie garber! my christmas list so far is just books, tabs, and fluffy socks :> anyone that buys me socks automatically has the key to my heart, whether they're silly socks, fluffy socks, or just plain white socks, you're amazing. i wear silly socks almost every day of the week and i love them <3 i can walk around like a normal human being and little does anyone know, there are geese with hats on hidden under my jeans! anyway ahaha, that's just a bit about my reading, but i also love soccer :0

SOCCER <3 i've been playing soccer for 5+ years and i absolutely love it! i play center mid mostly, but you may also find me up at striker on occasion ;D this year, i was one of three team captains for my team, and we had a pretty good season! we lost twice to the same team, tied against one team, but won all of our other games :D we beat a team (twice!) that our school has never won against before which was so much fun :0 unfortunately i pulled my hamstring in the beginning of the season and was out for 2 weeks, and missed a couple of games which was a bummer, and then strained my quad at the end of the season and couldn't play in the last game. my touch on the ball and passes were fine, it just hurt to run which is kind of a big thing in soccer haha ;D i made a goal at least once in all the games i played in which was so much fun, and i assisted several of the other goals too! the last 3(?) goals i scored were all with my left, which is not my dominant foot so that was exciting :)) during the off season, a friend and i are going to do a weekly club training camp sort of thing to just get consistent touches on the ball which should be fun, and i'm also going to try to get some runs in every week with a different friend who does cross country <3

BAND! i play alto saxophone for my school's concert band and jazz band which is a blast! i played in pep band for my school's football game last night on halloween which was interesting :0 it's been pouring down rain for the past 24 hours, so my onesie costume kept me nice and toasty :> although my onesie kept me warm and dry, my poor saxophone got wet on the walk from the stadium to the band room last night after the game and i spent 20 minutes trying to get the rainwater off of it TuT it proved the be a rather difficult task because there are so many buttons and crevices on my instrument and sticking my fingers through with a thin rag/swab/whatever it was ended up taking a lot longer than i thought it would xD but the moisture and pads do not mix well so it had to be done haha ;D after i finish writing this, i'm likely going to go practice a solo that i may be auditioning for in jazz band. we currently have like 8 christmas songs we're rehearsing for next month and whatever gigs pop up! we also have an event we're playing at next week with songs from our fall concert so that should be fun <3 just when i was getting back into classes regularly after soccer season ended, i'm going to miss another day of school for band :'D

MUSIC! when i'm not playing music, you'll likely find me listening to it ;D my favorite music artists right now are forrest frank and laufey, but i also love noah kahan and hozier :> in fact, i am currently listening to laufey as i write ;D

as per request of yume, my opinions on frying pans, and skog and blahaj! i love frying pans :> i wrote a story during cabin wars (edit: it was actually a weekly) a few sessions ago about forbidden love between a frying pan and a soup pot (prompt courtesy of mouse <3)! i'll try to dig it up in a few minutes :0 i also love skog and blahaj!! i have both stuffed animals on my bed that i got in july '24 from the ikea session :D

some misc facts for you to get to one thousand words! i'm taking american sign language in school and know a bit of asl now! i think it's super cool and fun :0 we learned like 30+ halloween signs on thursday and it's a blast haha <3 i have a little boston terrier named frankie, and she dressed up as a hotdog for halloween ;D i used to play several sports, a few of them were softball, basketball, ballet, taekwondo, and gymnastics :0 aaand if my word counter is correct, that's 1k words! if you made it all the way down here, thanks for reading! i had fun writing hehe :)) come to my pf and ask about anything, or something else entirely haha, i'd love to chat! have an amazing session :D

Whether you've been around since the dawn of times or it's your first time journeying with us, we're glad to have you :) For our first daily, go ahead and introduce yourself in the comments. In honor of our session theme, share something fun you did/plan to do this fall - or spring, for our southern hemisphere folks! Next, try to get to know as many people as possible. We hope you're as ready as we are for a memorable November <3”

HI PEOPLE! HAPPY SWC!!! I’m very excited to be back and active after a loooong time offline to deal with some personal stuff. Now I am back though and very very excited to do another session of SWC! My name is Piper and I use she/her pronouns! I will be doing my best to write a 1k intro because I find that it’s a really nice way to get myself back into the swc kind of groove and also get a lot of words done on day one!

A little bit about myself to start I am 17, turning 18 this year, (which I find absolutely insane, senior year has been so surreal since it started) and I’ve been Catholic my entire life! While I was a cradle Catholic (Catholic since birth) I definitely did not start really engaging with my faith until freshman year when I started going to youth group and my confirmation classes. It was there that I realized there was a lot more to my faith than just going to mass on Sundays and I really think that changed my life. After that I started going to mass way more regularly, praying more often, and going to basically every single youth event my church offered. More recently, this year I started veiling which has been on my mind and heart since like sophomore year of high school but I was too scared to start until now because nobody at my church really veils. If you don’t know, Catholic tradition used to be that women would veil/cover their heads when they were in the church, praying/worshipping, or in the presence of the host (which we believe is physically Jesus). So, after my good friend told me she was going to start veiling, I prayed about it a little more and finally decided to order myself one off of Amazon. It’s been great so far and I do feel like it pushes me to be more intentional with my prayer because I have the physical reminder that I’m entering into a sort of sacred space. Anyways ya’ll, all that to say, I’m Catholic and would love to talk to any of you guys about Jesus!! <33

Let’s see… some more about me is that I LOVE musical theater! Like it is one of my biggest hobbies and I’ve been doing it for about 10 years now! Some of my favorite shows are Hadestown and Suffs! I recently got to be the PA (Production Assistant) for a regional theater’s production of Hadestown: Teen which was so so much fun, and I feel like I learned so much from working with all of those people! I also got to see Suffs recently while it was on tour and when I say that it was the most moved I’ve been while watching a show, I mean it! I was definitely almost in tears multiple times, the music moves the story along so well and the overall message of the show was absolutely beautiful. Suffs is 100% my new dream show and I would give ANYTHING to be in a production of it one day! Along with watching tons of shows, I’ve performed in, I believe, 16 shows and am going into tech next week for my 17th, which is a production of Frozen Jr where I’m playing Elsa! It’s be so so much fun doing this show and being in such an amazing role! I recently got to try on my tear away dress for the let it go scene where we reveal my sparkly one and it was like one of the coolest things that I have ever seen before! I’ve had so much fun learning that song and staging it. Tonight (nov. 1st) I actually get to go to rehearsal and do my very first full run through of the show which is going to either be really fun or end in a disaster of a stumble-through, though of course I’m hoping for the first one!

Let’s see, what else can I talk about.. Oh! I’ve been homeschooled for my entire life (K-12) and honestly I can say that I would never change that for the world. I’ll admit that especially this year I’ve been a bit jealous watching all of my friends getting to play senior assassin, and having all these really cool senior events that I don’t get to since I just don't have them. However, those alone would not make me want to be a part of the public school system based on the stories that I have heard from those same friends about horror stories of teachers or other students. There’s just a lot fo things that I’ve heard about the public school system that I don’t think I would ever want to experience myself, so I’m okay with missing out on some senior events in exchange for not having to deal with any of the crazy stuff.

Also, as a homeschooler I’ve loved being able to take tons of Dual Enrollment classes at my local community college! This year I’m taking two math classes meant for future teachers (since I want to get my elementary education teaching credential and become a kindergarten teacher) which have been really really interesting! The first class is learning the real reasons why all of our standard addition, subtraction, multiplication, devising, etc. algorithms really work as opposed to just mindlessly following them because “That’s how they work”. The second class is all about how kids think about mathematics, being able to watch a video of how a student solves a problem and then analyze what they do and do not understand about mathematics and figure out what kind of things we could do to help them out. Both the classes have been so so much fun and I feel like I’m learning so much really valuable information!

Speaking of what I want to do after high school, I sent in my first college application a few days ago (AH) and I’m going to be submitting another one sometime tonight through the common app! I’m only applying to two schools, and if I don’t get into them or we can’t afford them because we don’t get a big enough financial aid package, then my backup plan is to go to my local community college, complete 2 years of Gen Eds while I’m there and then transfer to my state school to get my bachelors and credential through their program where you can get both in less time!
We’ve officially surpassed the 1k mark!! WOOHOO!!
I am going to go ahead and wrap it up by answering the actual question posed in the daily ahah! Something fun that I did this fall? Um… I would definitely say either my production of The Lightning Thief (the Percy Jackson musical) that I performed in October or Trick or Treating with my friends for Halloween last night. We all dressed up as Winnie the Pooh characters (I was Eeyore) and it was so so much fun!
Anyways, ya’ll, I hope you were able to get to know me and feel free to drop a comment on my profile if you want to talk about literally anything that I mentioned in my intro because I LOVE YAPPING and I need more people to talk to LOL! So excited for this session and #thrillerftw!!

Starrii's 1K intro (Daily 1)

Starrii pops their head through the door. “Why, hello there! I expect you’re a new student at the Arson Academy. As our classmates are very…. chaotic to say the least, I’ll show you around and introduce you to everyone. They’ll tell you some things about- possibly Scratch Writing Camp :eyes:

Welcome to my…. 1K introduction that no one asked for, you know. :sparkles: :zany: :eyes: It’s the twenty sixth session of SWC, so happy SWC! I hope this thing is actually 1K, because I’m already getting super nervous about it. Send mangoes! Anyways, it’s an SWC tradition and may or may not (certainly may!) help me reach my word goal of 10K! Cautionary note: this is mainly going to be rambles about myself because I never know what to write about myself- let us proceed! Yes, finally.

Hey, I’m Starrii, a highly chaotic twelve-year-old whose iconic entrance everywhere is either arson or crashing through the ceiling. (Be rest assured, any building I enter is automatically unsafe, so beware my existence). I exist in the roasting (by temperature, don’t worry) time zone of IST or Indian Standard Time. I go by they/them pronouns, though she/her are tolerable as well. My sleep schedule is pretty messed up, if not hundred per cent nonexistent. Many (especially Cat) tell me I need to fix it and should really SLEEP, but I’m rebellious and don’t listen, lol. For context, it’s midnight. I’m going to get in trouble with my family, but 1K intro is more important!! My favourite colour happens to be pastel blue, with pastel pink teetering on second place (off topic but DNI if you like hot pink </3) I have a large number of interests, which I casually rotate between at a volatile time. It all really depends on my motivation, which is untrustworthy to say the least. Let’s start with reading, the hobby which consumes at least 40% of my time (not very accurate, I haven’t calculated). I dabble my very miniature toes in historical fiction often, and am promptly swept away by the current: but let’s not talk about that now :0 Or should we? Yeah, let’s roll.

I love love love Emma Carroll’s historical fiction stories, but I haven’t stumbled upon any other author whose stories have that spark (yet!), book recommendations are welcome, that is. I love playing badminton and just got promoted to the senior batch in my class this year Writing is a cherished hobby of mine (oh my god, super shocking!) and I enjoy writing in Dystopian, Fantasy and Magical Realism <3 I’ve been writing stories for technically half my life as I got serious when I was in first grade or six years old, starting with a Cinderella parody (though I didn’t know what a parody was lol) I’ve definitely grown and matured as a writer in the past six years. I write for kids’ magazines time to time as well (because, you know, uh, I am a pretty young kid who have a whole life left-) I have an extremely unhealthy obsession with Anne of Green Gables, Little Women, and fantasy. Science is my favorite subject (especially chemistry and biology, at SIXTH GRADE LEVELS because I have no idea what I am going to do or how the heck I will manage high school science :salutes all the SWCers in high school who study hard subjects, which happens to be 70% of the population: !) I enjoy quizzing, reading, writing (of course, please) and designing (well, what’d you expect? I was and possibly still am a aesthetic Scratcher) I think that my unnatural love of chaos (and defenestration) makes me ultra super unique as a camper, because I’d aggressively defenestrate the enemy cabins (yeah Fantasy, Solarpunk and Fairy Tales, I’m talking to you) /j I will assure you, though, that I’m going to *try* warring each cabin except mine, of course. That’s it about me right now! Let’s proceed to the void of defenestration and arson/ the next day, because I need to go to bed- or not? I am currently obsessed with Viva la Vida, Sapphire and Golden if you interrogate me on music. I used to sing in a choir for the past seven years, but I recently changed to the acoustic guitar. To give you an impression of how new I am to the instrument, I just learnt what a plectrum is. Yeah. Get it? I am a Bharatnatyam dancer (not by profession, by interest haha) and I have been one for seven years! I really enjoy playing the aforesaid badminton. Really. For three whole years! You know, so many of my IRL friends who actually stuck around for me were all from my badminton class. I believe sports and certain activities are havens of bonding for friends. See the astronomical success of SWC? @Candylanguagegirl was really a genius when she started this activity driven camp <3 I adore the look of chinchilla kittens and even dare to show images of them to my pet goldfish, who’s named the classic fish name Goldie. I have been on Scratch for 2.5 years and March 2026 will be my third session of SWC! (AKA November is my second, if you’re sleep deprived like me and is does not currently possess logic in any form) I’m a camper/ nightshade in Gothic for this session, and I’m super excited to meet you all! #GothicFTW because we’re obviously the best cabin /lh and I will confirm the fact that I’ll steal your tiny toesies and toothsies if you dare disagree > Happy SWC because everyone celebrates it, even Canva (ask Yume for an explanation) and you better wish the esteemed Cat a Happy Birthday or you’re in trouble. Serious trouble.

Now I’ll actually be signing off as the iconically mischievous ceiling crasher and arsonist, Starrii. Get some sleep, or not (DO NOT TELL THE MAIN CABIN I SAID THAT OR ELSE YOU’RE IN SOME MORE HUGE, BIG, GIGANTIC AND SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS TROUBLE)

Peace out. For real this time. And sleep. Don’t become like me.

    1k Word Intro.
Hi everyone!! I’m Kenzie, and this is my 10th session of Swc! Woah, that means I’ve been in it for three years of SWC. This session, I will be in gothic as a camper.

My goals for this session are to write a book for NaNoWriMo (rip the website), do at least half of the dailies, and enter the writing competition! I had set my writing goal for 20k but I hope to beat that goal! Maybe I’ll try for a little over 50k.

I’ve been in a lot of genres of cabins. I’ve been in fanfi, thriller, horror, fantasy, dystopian, nonfi, and more! This is my 7th time being a camper. I’ve also been a co-leader twice and a leader once!

Hmm.. I think I’ll start off with answering the letter to my future self from November 2023! That’d be fun.

Dear Kenzie from the past,

Hello!!! Its crazy that already a year has passed, It feels like last November was just yesterday. I’m doing very well, thank you for asking! I just got doing doing a workout with my dad at the gym and it was a very good one. I’m very happy because at the workout I had given some of my friends there hugs (they’re all adults) and they were all like Kenzieee you give the best hugs!

I’m very excited for Christmas!!! For me, it’s still close to about two months or so until Christmas I think! I don’t know what I want for Christmas yet, but probably clothes, room decor, books, and more! Let me see if I can think of what we got last Christmas, I think you got a pillowcase, a jewelry box, maybe some clothes, books, and more!

The session went well. I would’ve liked it to go a bit differently, I probably expected my campers to be active too much lol. But it overall was very good. Many good memories! And yes, my campers behaved lol.

As for your goals that session, I’ll have to look! Aww it looks like you didn’t pass your word goal, I think you had aimed for idk it was maybe 20k or something but you only got 4k. That’s okay though! As for dailies, I have no idea. No idea for weeklies either.

My co-ops are going very well! I’m taking 8 classes, I’ll go into more detail later. My pe co-op is very fun at the moment, there’s been a little bit of drama but I think we’re all getting it figured out. Currently we’re doing gym games.

Youth group is also very fun! Last time, we had the fall special event and there was a cereal bar, lots of candy, and it was very fun! I dressed up as an elf lol. Specifically a christmas elf.

I’ve been hanging out with friends a lot lately outside of regular activities! One of my friends and her older brother have been planning many events, tomorrow night there is going to be a halloween event and I’m very excited! And then tonight one of my friend’s has a birthday party.

Cabin wars was okay, last november, but I don’t think I wrote a lot. Ooo when I met with Ris for cabin wars we did a word sprint and let’s just say the story I wrote needs some editing to be done lol.

I did apply for leader in March! I was a co-leader in action and it was very fun. Ris was the leader and Ayla was the other leader. There were also two other spider-themed cabins that session and I’m very proud of the session because I reached my goal, I think I wrote around 20k. It was a very productive session.

Thank you so much!!!

-Kenzie

This year has been a year where I’ve read A LOT I’ll try and recap some of my favorites that I’ve read so far.

Oooo I’ve read some really good christian allegories, they’re based off of light and dark and they are SO good! One series is called the ravenwood saga and then I forgot what the other book was. I haven’t been able to read the second book in the second series I mentioned and I reallyyy want to. But it’s okay.

I’ve also read some good fantasies, I think it was this year that I read the kingkiller chronicles and it is such a good fantasy it’s one of my favorites. So it’s been a very good year for reading. Currently I have read around 53 books this year, I wish it could’ve been more but I was at camp most of the summer.

I’ve also been getting into making bracelets a lot! At camp, one of my friends during staff training would carry around box full of braclet string and so I added a few to my waterbottle. I finally finished them not too long ago lol. So I’ve been making a lot of braclets, they’re so uch fun to make! Currently I’m making an alpha bracelet for a friend since it was her birthday yesterday and it’s a hunger games one. It doesn’t look the best but that’s because it’s my first alpha with multiple colors.

Lately, I haven’t had much motivation to write but this november I hope to write a lot. And I believe that I can do it!

At my co-op, I’m taking eight classes. I’m taking Psychology, a Bible Study class, home economics, and volleyball on Monday. On Tuesday, I’m taking an art class, human anatomy, speech, and rasperry pi.

In Psychology, it’s from a Christian perspective so that’s been very fun. Usually in the class our teacher will do a lecture, do hands on activities, a quiz, and videos. The homework is either a packet she gives out with fill in the blanks or we can choose to just make notes on the chapter. We just have to have something that shows her that we’ve read the chapter. In the class, my grade is okay but I really want to get it higher. I need to work on studying better for the quizzes.

In Bible Study, it’s been a very interesting class because the teacher talks a lot about the sign gifts (prophecy, miracles, and speaking in tongues) and I’m not quite sure what my opinion is on them. But, the class has been a very engaging class and I’ve made good bonds with everyone and she’s made food for us!!!

In home economics, we’ve been doing various things! We’ve made some yummy food such as scones, potatoes, and more that I can’t remember! We’ve also learned about dehydration (like not drinking enough water), knife safety, and kitchen etiquette. Currently, we are learing how to sew. We’re sewing a bread bag and after that we’re going to sew totes!

And for my last class on Monday, in volleyball we’re doing tournaments right now. My team is called the panthers, and it’s a very good team name compared to the probably not scratch friendly other team names. I think I have a good team, but we haven’t won all the games lately sob.

For my first class on tuesday, art, it’s been a very fun class! I’ve made some good friends in there and the art class is basically we won’t know what we’re going to be making in the class next. Last week, we started working on where’s waldo inspired drawings. Where we basically have to draw an intricate drawing and hid an object in it that someone has to find. It’s very fun! I’m doing a bookshelf, and the player has to find the Bible on the bookshelf.

Then I have like a two hour break which is so long sob.

After that I have Human Anatomy!!! It’s been a really fun class. He has a bones skeleton that he brings into class who’s name is fernando I believe. I’m so happy becuase last week I got my test results back and I got a 100! Currently in class we’ve been learning about bones, specifically vertebrae last week and now the hip and pelvis bones. It’s a really fun class because the homework is just coloring!

Next, I have speech class which is SO MUCH FUN because we get to dress up in fancy clothes, like suit sort of and fancy shirts. I’ve really loved it and my brothers have told me that I am now the new president of the usa because I am dressed up fancy. So far, I’ve only done one speech but I’ll be doing my second this Tuesday.

Finally, I have raspberry pi which is basically a mini computer and on it I’m learning how to code python games! It’s really fun. I’m also the only girl in the class.

For my music taste, I’ve really been enjoying Christian music. I’ve liked it as long as I can remember. I listen to a lot of sub-genres in Christian music, such as rock, indie, pop, k-pop, and a few others.

I listen to a lot of artists, such as Relient K, Switchfoot, Skillet, Allie Paige, Allison Eide, Claire Leslie, Rua Young, Ally Minju, Audio Adrenaline, Beach Chapel, Forrest Frank, Josiah Queen, Strings And Heart, LOVKN, Gable Price and Friends, Family Force 5, gio., Gracie Binion, Hulvey, ISLY, Jet Trouble, JUDAH., Kelsey Breedlove, Madison Ryann Ward, Miss Angie, Newsboys, MUCH MORE, PFR, P.O.D., RIDERS, Sarah Nathalie, Taylor Armstorng, and that’s a lot of them!

Some of my favorite songs at the moment are I Thank God - surf rock version by Strings and Heart, Magnetic by Claire Leslie, and a few more.

I also know how to play some piano, and I hope to learn more.

I first decided to join scratch because I wanted to learn how to code, and I definitely have improved quite a bit! Currently I’m learning python, but I also know some C+, java, javascript, and maybeee some others. I’ll have been on scratch for four years in January!

Okay, I’ll rant about some of my favorite book series.

So first, there’s the Belgariad! It’s a very good fantasy series that has a lot of books in it and all of them are very long. It’s similar to Percy Jackson, how there’s multiple series and books but they’re all in the same world. I’ve read at least 15 of them.

I also have a series that I really love called the Kingkiller chronicles it’s so well written, and the second book is 1,000 pages! I’m waiting for the third book and my dad has been waiting for the third book for over 15 years, so I don’t know when It’ll come. I hope it’ll come out sometime soon! It’s probably going to be very long.

I also like a series called the wonderland trials which is a retelling of alice in wonderland and it’s similar to the series nevermoor if you’ve read that.

I also like keeper of the lost cities, which I am currently rereading. My favorite character is Ro and Keefe and I ship sokeefe hehe.

I also really like a series called the ravenwood saga which is an allegory and it’s a light vs dark sort of series. It’s sooo good.

There’s many more that I could rant about, but I can’t think of many more on the top of my head.

In my Bible, I am currently reading the gospels through a chronological bible reading plan called The Bible Recap. It’s a good plan and it also comes with podcasts.

To answer the question for the daily, I really love looking at the pretty leaves! I don’t like the cold as much but I enjoy just seeing all of the fall colors.

My favorite school subject is math! It’s been my favorite for as long as I can remember. Currently I am learning algebra 2.

When I am older, I want to be an author, a homeschool mom, and something in the STEM field! If you don’t know, STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. I don’t know the exact job I’d want in stem but it’d probably be an engineer like my dad or something.

At my church, I enjoy serving at AWANAs which is a program for kids to learn Bible verses. Currently I am helping out with the second graders in AWANAs and Sunday school. I also help my dad in the sound booth with multi-media.

I also love doing service! In the last two years, I’ve gotten around 300 service hours. I mainly get hours from doing something called Feed My Starving Children which is packing rice packs for kids in other countries so they can have food! It’s a Christian nonprofit and it’s really fun to do. I also get a lot from serving at my church

I had a really fun summer this year! I worked at a church camp as a counselor for about five weeks and I really enjoyed getting to lead a cabin of kids. I’d get about 10 kids or so and most of the cabins that I was in were early elementry! They were all so cute. I was also a camper one week through their high school camp and it was a lot of fun.

And I was apart of a local missions trip through my youth group and we got to volunteer at a few different places, help out with our middle school campout, and learn about the local church.

My favorite movie is The Princess Bride! It’s such a fun movie to watch. My favorite tv show is either My Little Pony or Doctor Who.

I’d say my love language is probably phsyical touch because I love giving people hugs. I’ve been told practically every time that I give others hugs that I give the best hugs.

I have two dogs and they’re the sweetest dogs! Their names are Skye and Brownie and they’re both girls. They are also both german shorthaired pointers.

Skye is very entergetic and bossy. She loves playing with balls and she enjoys going hunting with my dad for birds.

Brownie is very hyper and she can jump extremely high. She isn’t a very good hunting dog because she doesn’t like loud noises and she gets scared easily but she’s a very sweet dog overall.

My favorite Bible verse at the moment is Matthew 5:16 which says “In the same way, let your light shine before others so that they may see your good works and give glory to your father who is in heaven.” I also have been memorizing a lot of Bible verses lately and currently I have about 17 or so memorized. Some are passages so that’s not every single verse.

I want to be well known for my hugs, being kind, and my faith in Jesus!

My favorite worship song currently is Christ Be Magnified.

For my personality, I’m an intj, I like to say that I’m a ravenclaw but I’m more of a hufflepuff, and I’m more introverted than extroverted!

My favorite animal is a wolf becuase it’s my dad’s favorite animal and I think they’re really cute. I also like huskys!

I sleep with a few stuffed animals on my bed. I sleep with a husky that doesn’t have a name, a wolf with a t-shirt from my church camp, another wolf stuffed animal with no name, a purple weighted sloth stuffie, and a flamingo named Fefe.

In real life, I don’t really know my clothing style. Usually I dress in lots of t-shirts and jeans. And sweatshirts. I love sweatshirts.

I went to an appointment yesterday to look into some things and I had also got my height measured and I was 57.89 inches which is basically 58 so I can now say that I am 4’10 instead of 4’9 and a half. I probably won’t be growing much more, so I’ll be around this height for life.

My favorite color is probably pink because it’s pretty and idk I just really like it.

My favorite food is mac and cheese because it’s reallyyy good! And then my favorite drink is mango tango.

If I could only bring one item to an island (assuming that I have everything I need to survive or don’t need to worry about that), I’d bring the Bible because I can read it over and over again and still have more to learn every time I read through it.

I used to be the sort of person that only wrote in pencil but recently I’ve started writing in pen too since its more black then gray. When I use pencil though, I only use mechanical pencils.

My favorite fictional character is probably Ro from Keeper of the Lost Cities or I don’t really know who else. I read a lot of books so it’s very hard to keep track of characters that I really like.

If I could have a dinner with any three people, I’d probably invite my dad, Claire Leslie (one of my favorite music artists), and Jesus. We’d eat at Olive Garden or Red Robin!

My favorite ice cream flavor is cookie dough, vanilla, or cotton candy. My favorite type of cake is a cookies and cream ice cream cake. My favorite candy depends on my mood but I really like reeses pieces, nerds gummy clusters, and sour gummy worms.

My favorite season is fall and my favorite holiday is Christmas because I really love the joy surrounding Christmas.

I mainly read books in Christian fiction and fantasy! Most of the fantasy books I either learned about online or my dad reccomended them.

Currently, I’ve been in a very big mood of wanting to reread all of my favorite book series so currently I’m on Keeper of the Lost Cities. I want to read Harry Potter, Inkheart, The Kingkiller Chronicles, The Belgariad, Percy Jackson, The ravenwood saga, Millie Maven, The wonderland trials, The unblemished series, and possibly more. I know that I want to read at least 11. But that isn’t including all of the series that I want to read for the first time.. So as you can tell ther’es a lot of books that I’ve been wanting to read.

Wow, my hands are cramping from all of this typing! But like heheh, I must write more….

I think it’s time to be done with writing this ‘1k’ word intro. If you have read all the way to the end, congrats! I’ve written just over 3k words wow.

SWC Megathread ࿔*:☘︎・ November 2025

{ тιηу тαℓє 1: ιηтяσ∂υ¢тιση }

Welcome all to SWC's 26th session! Whether you've been around since the dawn of times or it's your first time journeying with us, we're glad to have you For our first daily, go ahead and introduce yourself in the comments. In honor of our session theme, share something fun you did/plan to do this fall - or spring, for our southern hemisphere folks! Next, try to get to know as many people as possible. We hope you're as ready as we are for a memorable November <3

୨┋◦ ʚ { ღ } ɞ ◦┋୧

…Honestly, I never really know how to start these. Well, my name’s Mildred, a Vietnamese girl who uses she/they pronouns, and I will be leading Fairy Tales this session! I also reside in the EST timezone — or rather the best timezone, not biased at all.

If only I could end it there…

Starting off with my SWC history, I’ve only camped once, which was my first session, July ‘24, where I was a camper in the Gothic cabin! Then I had my first co-leading experience which was the great SWC Time Machine in Nov ‘24 (One year ago)! After that I ventured down the yellow brick road and co-lead Fantasy in March ‘25. My last co-leading experience was being an investigator at the Mystery Museum last session! This makes this my fifth session, and my first leading experience!

Some of my hobbies include reading, writing :nowaypose:, zoning out, drawing, gaming, and animating! I also like watching tv but does that /really/ count as a hobby?

Elaborating on my hobbies, I like reading light novels. I would say I like reading manga, but I haven’t touched one of those in a very long time. My favorite author is Mei Hachimoku, and my favorite book is by them, which is interchangeable with Tunnel to Summer and Wait For Me Yesterday in Spring. For some reason they’ve been out of stock on Amazon for a while now and I have no idea why?? Anyway, I also like the Mimosa Confessions, also by Mei Hachimoku, and I’m really pumped for Volume 5 to come out later this month. I want to read Yoru Sumino’s works, and I’ve currently gotten through I Want To Eat Your Pancreas (I know the title is weird — it’s about a boy finding out his classmate has a pancreatic disease.), I Had That Same Dream Again, and At Night, I Become a Monster. I’ll hopefully finish the rest of their books soon, so I can get to everything else I want to read. I’m currently reading Hello World by Mado Nozaki, which I’d say is pretty good so far. I want to also read 3 Days of Happiness, but I still wanna find more light novels to read after that. Also, I am not scared to admit that I…mostly read fanfic rather than actual books…sue me okay. Funny thing is all of my Marvel knowledge comes from reading fanfics, since I have never watched a Marvel movie in my whole life.

Now, writing! I’ve always been a writing fanatic, and scrounging up some of my old writing makes me really glad I don’t write like that anymore (flashback to my old really really cringy fanfic)…I think my writing has, hopefully, improved, and it’s become one of my favorite things to do, SWC has definitely helped my like writing more. I’m currently writing 2 connected novels, 1 script for a potential webtoon, and a novel that I’ll challenge myself to write 50k words for by the end of the month (NaNoWrimo but, not, cause Nano doesn’t exist anymore). a Detective Conan fanfic, an Angel Beats fanfic, a Zero: Ikkaku Senkin Game fanfic, and many crossover fics with Zero: Ikkaku Senkin game. I’ve genuinely been itching to write for so long but refrained from writing for the last month to have stuff to write for SWC.

Drawing, I’ve always drawn for a while. Like writing, I’ve definitely improved a ton! I’m drawing profile pictures for Fairy Tales this session, which I’ve actually been drawing profile pics for my cabin ever since March ‘25. I’m working on a short comic as of now, don’t really know what I’m gonna do with it but, I thought it’d be fun to draw. I’m thinking of opening commissions, but I honestly don’t know how to set that up so I’ll need to do some research first.

I like playing games, though I find I don’t really play games all that much since I mostly draw, read, or watch tv. I like rhythm games like Project Sekai and I’ve dabbled in Arcaea for a bit but I hate those sky notes so I haven’t touched the game in forever. I used to play Food Fantasy and Love Nikki a lot, but I’ve kinda stopped playing. It's one of those games that I play for like a couple of months, leave the games untouched for months, go back to playing and being super active, and then repeat. I also haven’t played Genshin Impact or Honkai Star Rail in a really long time, though I know I really like playing them. I do like cooking games (Cooking Mama my beloved), and I like the Good Food, Great Food franchise (is that what it’s even called??) plus the Papa’s games. One of my friends also got me into Umamusume, which I’ve been playing quite a bit lately.

I like animating, but not frame-by-frame animation. I really don’t like frame-by-frame animation, because for one I don’t have the time or motivation for it, and I also can’t really simplify my artstyle enough for it to not take 1000 years to animate frame-by-frame. I use a method called tweening, which is much simpler than frame-by-frame animation as you only need to set two keyframes, and a program fills in the motion between the two keyframes for you. It’s nowhere near as hard as frame-by-frame animation, but I’m not gonna act like it’s light work either. I applaud frame-by-frame animators, please teach me your ways.

When it comes to television, I mostly watch anime. Some of my favorites are Detective Conan, Angel Beats, and Barakamon. Detective Conan has been my favorite anime for a super long time, and everyone I know is aware of my Detective Conan obsession. I watched Angel Beats over the summer and it was the third anime that made me cry, I believe. The first two being A Silent Voice (peak) and Kotaro Lives Alone (also peak). Barakamon was the fourth anime to make me cry. It wasn’t even particularly sad, and it definitely wasn’t meant to be super sad as it was a slice-of-life anime, but I think that’s exactly why I cried watching it. I wasn’t expecting the more serious moments in it as it’s a mostly comedy anime plus a slice of life, but I genuinely cried because of how heavily I related to the main character, it was the most I’ve related to a character in a long while. I honestly also wasn’t expecting it to be very serious because Handa-kun, its prequel, was basically pure comedy. I’ve gotten more into Jdramas and plan to watch more Kdramas. I got into Jdramas because I watched Zero: Ikkaku Senkin Game after discovering it from one of those text-to-speech videos where they explain a scene in a movie/tv show. Needless to say, Zero: Ikkaku Senkin Game was WAAAAAAAAAY better than I expected it to be, and it’s genuinely so niche and its fandom is basically nonexistent. I’m currently watching Alice in Borderland because my friend recommended it to me and I always trust my friends. Some things on my to be watched include and will definite grow is…Reunited Worlds, Kamen Rider Geats, Svaha, Charlotte, Anohana, My Love Mix-Up, Our Dining Table, Weak Hero, All of Us Are Dead, Terror in Resonance, and Takopi’s Original Sin. I also need to finish watching The Summer Hikaru Died and Sakamoto Days because my friend recommended it to me, and once again, I always trust my friends.

To end off my intro, I’ll do some rapid fire of some miscellaneous things about me.

Favorite color? Sage green. Despite my persona’s color palette being mostly blue, my favorite color is green.

Favorite food? Banh phuc linh. They’re Vietnamese Tapioca Cookies and they’re super tasty, my mom only makes them during Lunar New Year though.

Favorite music? I honestly don’t know what genre their music classifies as, so I’ll just list my favorite artists out here. Alex G, Cavetown, MARINA, Mitski, Mother Mother, Penelope Scott, and TV Girl. My favorite song from each of them is Kute, Devil Town, I Bet on Losing Dogs, Hermit the Frog, Hayloft, Rat (the a has two dots over it but I don't know how to type that on my computer), and Taking What’s Not Yours, respectively, and to be honest I feel like all of those are very basic answers for my favorite song. I also like vocaloid music, like Ghost and Pals, DECO*27, Kanaria, Kikuo, Maretu, Mothy, Neru, and Wowaka. I like Jpop like Eill, MILGRAM (technically DECO*27), and Ado. I want to listen to more V-Pop cause…well..I AM Vietnamese.

This isn’t music, but I started listening to Midnight Burger (a podcast), and I like listening to it when drawing or playing Cooking Mama or something.

SWC Megathread ࿔*:☘︎・ November 2025

1k intro Hello everyone! I go by Soki online and I use she/they pronouns but honestly I don’t really care that much. I also have a great many nicknames so even Soki isn’t set in stone. I am currently eighteen years old which is just as terrifying as it sounds and I live on a farm with my mom, two younger siblings, and a gaggle of animals, though we are in the process of moving into a town. This is my fourteenth consecutive session participating in Scratch Writing Camp, and seeing as it’s the twenty-sixth session overall, that means I’ve been around for more than half as long as Scratch Writing Camp has existed! Unfortunately that’s probably about to change because a year from now I am going to be in university and living on my own and I have no idea if I’ll be able to keep up with SWC in a new environment like that, especially one with so many added responsibilities. Of my fourteen sessions, I have spent four as a camper including this one, three as a co-leader, and the remaining seven as a leader. Here’s a more complete breakdown of my participation in Scratch Writing Camp over time. In July 2021 I was a camper including the Realistic Fiction cabin with the theme of Family Reunion. In November 2021 I was the leader of the Thriller cabin with the theme of Detective Agency (or Thrillee Dective Ahenvy depending on who you ask) and I also wrote a workshop. In March 2022 I was the leader of the Science Fiction cabin with the theme of Space Wreck. I also was a member of the Memory Book Committee. In July 2022 I was the leader of the Adventure cabin with the theme of Parks and the only other notable thing I did in this session was write over seventy thousand words. In November 2022 I was the leader of the first ever Bizarro Fiction cabin with the theme of Cinema and I was also a workshop writer. In March 2023 I was the co-leader of the Fantasy Cabin with the theme of Wishing Well which was actually my first ever proposed cabin theme back in my application for November 2021. I was also a memory book committee member, and a daily team member which at the time was akin to being a daily team coordinator. In July 2023, which was the mega session, I was the leader of the Script cabin with the theme of Circus or The Greatest Show. In November 2023 I was the leader of the Folklore cabin with the theme of Voyages. I was also a daily team member and a workshop writer. In March 2024 I was the leader of the Fan Fiction cabin with the theme of Variance Authority. I was also a writing competition panelist. In July 2024 I was a co-leader of the Non Fiction cabin with the theme of Parliament. In November 2024 I was a Camper in the Steampunk cabin with the theme of The Arcane Lanes. I was also a Daily Team coordinator. In March 2025 I was a camper in the Illustrated Fiction cabin with the theme of Across the Spider Verse. In July 2025 I was a co-leader in the Script Cabin (In terms of my cabin history I call this cabin Script Squared) with the theme of an indie film or The Set. And finally in this current session I am a camper in the Psychological Fiction Cabin with the theme of Severance. I have never watched Severance and I don’t know basically anything about it so at the moment I am wildly confused.
Aside from Scratch Writing Camp, I have been a part of numerous other Scratch camps, including Scratch Reading Camp, Scratch Art Camp, Scratch Inspiration Camp, and Camp Jewel Peak. However Scratch Writing Camp is the last one standing as far as my participation in it.
When not participating in camps, my time on Scratch is spent between the role playing communities and the autism and neurodivergent communities on Scratch. Less and less of my time gets to be spent on Scratch as I get hurdled toward the many facets of adulthood. When I am offline, I am probably working on job applications or university applications, working with the local organizations I volunteer at, or relaxing by reading, drawing, journaling, or making zines. My current fandom obsessions are The Hunger Games by way of Sunrise on the Reaping and Crimson Rivers, The Marauders, Star Trek, and Stranger Things, though I am forever also partial to Star Wars, especially Star Wars Rebels, Doctor Who, especially the first Russell T Davies era and the Eleventh Doctor, and Marvel, especially the X-Men Alternate Timeline Movies. And I still somehow have to write two hundred more words. This November my main goal is to Get A Job but I should have plenty of time to write especially considering the fact that my brain is currently quite fixated on the Track bear. Near the end of the month I will be traveling because I have been invited, along with three other youth in my area, to attend a five day conference about six hours away by train. We’re probably going to be the only youth there and will end up being surrounded by “boring adults” for the entire five days, according to our adult supervisor. But honestly I’m still excited despite that. The one problem I foresee happening with this conference is that it might negatively impact my ability to participate in the second cabin wars day which is sad because the second cabin wars day is generally my favourite day in the entire session and this pattern has existed the entire time I’ve been a Scratch Writing Camp girlie. I’m pretty well-versed in Scratch Writing Camp ways and I know a lot of the people just by virtue of being here so long, but if you happen to have read this whole one thousand word ramble and you don’t know me (why did you do that? I don’t understand? why do you care that much about the life of a stranger?) feel free to reach out because I would love to get to know you!

Intro!!! 869 words

Hey there! I’m currently typing this on my phone from a hotel room in Spain, so this might not be the longest of intros BUT I will do my best.
So, where to start… I’m leopard (she/her). This is my 10th session of SWC, although I didn’t participate between March 2023 until July 2025, which is kind of crazy but I am so glad that I came back for my second era! This is my 4th session being a (co) leader, my second time leading and my second time (co) leading Thriller, cause what a cool cabin!

I’m from England, yay rain, hence the British alliance with action. I’m 16 years old and my birthday is the 6th august, therefore I am in year 12 at school, aka my first year of sixth form. I am taking English literature, French (my favourite <33) and politics a-levels, and doing a research project on British-French relations from 1904-present. Um I can spew info about that at you if you’d like but basically I just read random stuff on the internet and try and make sense of it. Pretty interesting stuff though! I am also being pressured into starting to think about uni, and considering something like law or international relations, and really want to do a year abroad in France because what a cool experience that would be!

I am an ISTJ, and as for other personality related things I am a ravenclaw-slytherin mix (was a massive Harry Potter kid) and I think I was in Nike’s cabin in the Percy Jackson fandom?

Now onto my hobbies, yay!! My main hobby is dance, which I have being doing since I was 4. Ballet is my favourite thing in the world, especially jumps and turns, and I also do modern and tap. Sometimes I do have to do contemporary when I go to my associate program and I don’t quite know how I feel about rolling around on the floor but it’s all good!
I also run… whether I like it or not is a question I’m not sure I can always answer BUT anyways… I do track, mainly running the 200/400m, but I ran the 300 hurdles for the first time this season (once) and I might give that a good go next year? I occasionally have a go at the 800 or high jump. Fun fact about my high jumping I always scrape the skin off my elbow when jumping so I cut the toe off a fluffy sock and wear that on my elbow. Works pretty well, though an official did once think it was a bandage and went to talk with my mum to check I was ok jumping… I also do the heptathlon precisely once a year for the regional champs, and don’t train, can’t throw, but have a pretty good time
I also orienteer, which if you don’t know, is a very strange sport in which you run round the woods alone following a map to go to certain places. Mainly I run through trees trying to find a ditch, and get lost. But what’s so great is literally nobody does it (except loads of old men…) so I’m on the regional squad, we go to loads of national events and camps and stuff, and sometimes I can be 5th in the UK because only 8 people show up. What a result!!

Hmmm well as for writing, I love a bit of poetry!! That’s what I’ve mostly been working on recently, and even got a judges cut in the July writing comp yay!! I’ve got a few poems planned and hopefully can get together a cohesive mini-collection by the end of November - that’s my goal!
I also enjoy reading books like mysteries, thrillers and dystopias mainly, but I do have to read lots for English so my books at the moment also include Heart of Darkess (by Joseph Conrad) and which I’m studying, Translations (by Brian Friel) which I’m reading for coursework explorations.

My favourite foods include lemon meringue pie, cinnamon rolls, sorbets, nachos, chips (aka fries for Americans, though crisps are up there too), mango, rasberries and chilli! I’m a massive food lover

Fun fact I have curly hair, BUT not until i was about 11.

What else… ooh yes so I am in Spain right now, because my family loves travelling. I’ve been to so many amazing places - Japan, Iceland, Morocco, India, Croatia to name a few. I love love love seeing the world, exciting places and amazing natural places. We do a lot of hiking as a family, which I don’t always love when it’s raining and cold, but I love being out in nature and with my family.

Now I’ll tell you some items on my bucket list, how fun!
see the northern lights
eat at a Michelin starred restaurant
scuba dive with tropical fish
skydive
There’s probably more but I think that’s my top list.

Anyway that intro isn’t quite 1K but I don’t think I can write any more on my phone right now. I do really want to get to know as many people as I can this session so please reach out to chat!

November 1 Daily - 1k Intro

Hi! I’m Nova, and I use she/her pronouns! You might have seen me around in previous sessions this year I live in the EDT timezone, soon to become the EST timezone. My MBTI is ISFP-T. This is my seventh session, and I’m in Magical Realism this time around! I usually list all my previous sessions here but the list is getting to be a bit long, so I’ll just say that my first session was July 2022 in Fantasy and that I was in Fan-Fi this March and Apocalyptic in July, and that I’ve been a camper every time.

I’m 14 years old (though I might be 15 before the end of the session - I’m not telling you >), and I’m in my freshman year of high school, so I’m mostly just taking core classes this year along with electives in music and art. Art is my favorite class, which is good because I want to pursue an animation career. My least favorite classes are Global History, English (ironically), and Earth Science, but hey, at least I’ll get a ton of words from those between the essays and the lab reports! Next year I’ll probably just be taking more advanced classes in all the areas I currently am, so there’s not going to be much change for a while.

Now onto my hobbies. I write, of course (though not very much outside of SWC actually, I’m trying to get back into it but perfectionism is not doing me any favors). I really love reading, my favorite genre is fantasy and I’ve read 80 books this year so far. My favorite book I’ve read this year is probably Six of Crows, but some other books I loved are probably Children of the Fox, Nimona, and Imogen, Obviously. I haven’t gotten to do it as much lately, but reading is beloved to me and I’m sure as heck going to keep doing it. I also really like reading fanfic on AO3 but I haven’t gotten to do that very much lately as well. I also play both the piano and the viola, although I’m rapidly losing interest in them both (but mostly piano) for reasons that I won’t go into here. I like singing, but I mostly only do it for the school musical because I don’t like choir. I also love listening to music, which I’ll get into later. I’ve also taken up an interest in learning Japanese lately. I can read all of hiragana and most of katakana by now, and hopefully I’ll actually know some words by next session…

My main hobbies are art and animation. I’ve been doing both for 4-5 years now, but I’m still a beginner. I love participating in MAPs, where you get to animate small parts of a song according to a theme or script. I’ve been in dozens of these and they’re so fun to do! I actually have one I need to work on after finishing up this intro. I want to animate some other things in the future, though. Maybe if school ever lets up. Animating professionally is my biggest dream in life, and I really hope I can do it someday.

As for my fandoms… I’m in way too many lol. First of all, books. My main book fandoms these days are Warriors and Wings of Fire, which are not necessarily my favorites anymore but nevertheless have had a larger impact on my life than any other fandom ever. I’ve read every published Warriors book except the new graphic novels and StormClan’s Folly, which I have and am reading in about a week. (I’ve also read every published Wings of Fire book except the last two graphic novels, but that’s less of an accomplishment.) My favorite book series of all time is the Renegades trilogy by Marissa Meyer. I’m rereading the Nevermoor books at the moment, and I’m getting the fourth book soon. Ish. I also really like animated TV shows. My favorite show is Amphibia, with Tangled: the Series coming in a close second, but I also really like The Owl House, Pokemon, and She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, the latter of which I’m rewatching right now. (It’s so fun! I love the character dynamics, 100% recommend.) I don’t really like movies and don’t watch them very often, but my favorites are K-Pop Demon Hunters and Wicked. I also don’t play video games as much anymore because I may or may not have lost the family Switch, but my favorites are Pokemon, Celeste, and Dragon Tamer (a rather obscure dragon breeding mobile game).

My music taste is a bit all over the place. I’ve been a fan of Derivakat for two years at this point and she’s generally my long term favorite artist. I like many of her older songs, especially “Doomsday”, but I also love her newer songs and my favorites are “Fall” and “Melody”. However I did get a tiny bit hyperfixated on Ado’s music in August and she’s currently (checks Stats for Spotify) in second place for the last twelve months. My favorite songs of hers are “Usseewa”, “New Genesis”, “Show,” “I’m a Controversy”, and “Eien no Akuruhi” (at least at the moment, they change all the time). I really really want to see her live someday because I got into her really late and missed Hibana. I’m also an Epic: the Musical fan, though not as much as I used to be, and like listening to the soundtracks of fandoms I’m in.

I’m not really sure what else to talk about for my last hundred-ish words. Maybe it’s because I didn’t ramble as much as before. Ummmm I have autism and anxiety, diagnosed last January. My favorite color is purple, and my favorite animals are cats, foxes, and dragons (ignore that the last one isn’t real lol). I’m vegetarian, mostly because my parents are too and honestly I don’t particularly want to support animal slaughter anyway. I’m agnostic. I have a Wikipedia account. I have a spreadsheet titled “Wild italian” in my bookmarks bar and you get no context at all.

Oh * I forgot to mention Pixel Cat’s End. It’s a pet sim I discovered in October where you manage a village of (not-)cats, and I love it so much aaaahhhhh.

Anyway I am technically at 1k words now? I kind of want to write more though, but I’m not sure what else there is to write. So, my fall activity is trick-or-treating, I guess. I went with my brother and one of his friends and got a ton of candy, and it was really fun! And windy. Also very windy.

That’s all for now. I’m so excited for this session!

By reading this, you are consenting to be worked on by the powers of chaos and the SWC multiverse. Your life is in the hands of the writer and your fate is not up to you. If you agree to the terms (never sue, never steal, never sour cream Eevee) you may proceed.

Beep.

Boop.

Boink.

Bonk.

OW! Ugh.

You rub your head, squinting your eyes as the bright light filters in through your eyelashes.

“Hello; nice to meet you!” an awfully cheery voice greets. It’s far too early for this kind of energy. Or too late? Other than the blinding lights, it’s hard to tell the time.

You pry your eyes open, blinking rapidly at the light, when a shadow hovers over you. “Hi?”

“What’s your name, stranger?” she asks, coming to sit down next to you, moving the shadow and the light comes to assault your eyes once more.

Shielding your eyes with your palms, you look back at her to see a keyboard. Intriguing. A text box rests, floating above the keyboard and you type your name in.

Her face lights up. “Oh, good; you can see the text boxes. Yay! Someone to spend eternity with that can actually communicate.”

She clasps your hands and you return her smile before blinking and shaking your head. “Eternity?”

She frowns, mirroring your shaking head. “Sorry, can’t hear you. You can hear me, but I can’t hear anything but the voices in my head.” She sighs, resting her cheek in her palm. “Type it up.”

‘Don’t you get bored?’

“Yep! But I’ve had plenty of time to myself to create. Actually, let me give you the grand tour; come on!” She grabs your hand and tugs you up, leading to one of the white walls of your confinement.

The wall is… white. Perhaps slightly cool? Light cool grey. Offendingly bright.

Cla-clang!

“Sorry!” she whispers, picking up a black remote. She smushes a few buttons, face twisted in concentration. “Hey, would you press your red button. It should be,” she holds up her thumb and pointer fingers, “on the bottom right of your sight.”

There are 3 buttons. Okay… There’s a orange, an orange red, and a light red? Bottom right, light red.

A puff of air seems to fill you and the world is growing?

“OTHER RED; OTHER RED! Oh fiddlesticks. Uh, click the other red?”

You press the orange red button and a click accompanies it. And woah, um. Hooves?

“Sorry about that, you kind of switched bodies with Cheese Jr,” she grimaces. “Uh, don’t worry! You aren’t a piece of cheese! You’re a cow. Actually, I don’t know if that’s reassuring to you or not.

“Anyways, welcome to orientation! You’re stuck with me forever, so here’s a crash course on me. Questions will be taken after every other slide and please don’t spill any popcorn on the floors; I hate cleaning it up.

“I realize that I haven’t actually introduce myself, so hello. I’m Eevee! Evelynn, Elynn, Palindrome, and eeveE are acceptable as well. She/her, EST, eldest daughter…

“Moving on! You were sent here due to SWC commenting shenanigans, boohoo. Me too! I have been part of 10 sessions of SWC. I’m in the current session—Psycho-fi—but obviously some restrictions. Don’t worry, we’ll live. Anyways, if my memory serves me right, the cabins I’ve been part of are Horror, Sci-Fi, Contemp, Real-Fi, Poetry, Fantasy, Bi-Fi, Magreal, Dystopian, and Classics. And yes, before you ask, I am an avid cabingo participant. (That means trying to be in as many cabin genres as possible and few repeats.) Kind of have been around here for a while; started in March 2021, y’know? Okay questions!”

‘What did I do to get here?’

Eevee gives a small smile. “Sorry love, I don’t know. Eh, it’s hard but it’ll be fine. We get fed, we get housed, we get full customization of the space we live in and I can talk to friends online through the portal. It’s really just free room service, plus we have access to all of the Superman media! We can change the subscription next month, don’t worry.”

She skips past the current slide and clicks the remote, opening a section of the wall to reveal a screen with loving graphics. Your stomach gurgles and tosses in a literal way that you’ve never felt. How long is this presentation going to be?

“I like a lot of things, but we’re going to focus on music right now!

“I’ve been listening to a lot of Paramore lately, specifically the self titled Paramore album and After Laughter. The music is awesome, lyrics are great, and they continually remind me of Clois, and come on! Why wouldn’t I want to be reminding of my current favorite ship? I’d talk more about Clois, but then we’d be here all day and uh- We’re not going to do that.

“Aside from Paramore, I generally like movie soundtracks quite a bit! The Superman soundtrack was most defiantly on loop for over a month and I still think that it is just so phenomenally done. Fun fact, I’ve made my own arrangement for ‘Home’! Currently, I’ve been listening to a mix of MCU soundtracks, most notably Hawkeye Vol 1 and Vol 2, Black Widow, and Thunderbolts*. From here, I think that you can probably deduce who my favorite characters are.

“Some other artists I like include Emei, Em Beihold, and the entire EPIC: The Musical cast, to be honest. I’ve had Rainmaker by Janani K Jha on loop and it’s a current favorite!”

Eevee pauses, snapping her fingers and closing up the screen on the wall. A squeaky set of wheels come over, hauling a wagon with a cup of water.

“Want anything? Water, coffee, milk… Actually, milk is not a good idea, uh-”

You shake your head.

“Sorry, I promise that I’ll wrangle Cheese Jr and get your bodies switched back at some point. He’s kind of gone right now, but…” she furrows her brows, tapping a finger on the remote. “Actually, I could probably call Cheese and have her figure things out on her end, give me a sec.”

Eevee runs over to the opposite wall, bangs on it three times, and a rotary phone is elevated from the ground. Dialing the number, she holds the phone up to her ear, waiting.

“Hey Cheese! Yeah, you probably noticed the mix up. Finally got a new one to join me. Uh huh. Could you just let Junior know that he has to switch back now? They haven’t been here long and I’m not quite sure that ‘being turned into a cow’ was on the top of their bucket list. Yes, Cheese, not everyone aspires to be you. Okay great! Thanks, love!” She smiles, putting the receiver down, and holding up a finger. Two. Three.

And the world seems to shrink as the air in your body is exhaled. Oh wow, your stomach feels much better.

“Yay! You’re back! Okay, so we can go to this bouncy house and talk my favorite movies AND movie night schedules. Come on!”

SWC Megathread ࿔*:☘︎・ November 2025

daily 1
1111 words

so it’s 8pm and i finally decided to sit down and actually start writing for the day, so here’s your triannual dose of hope rambling for (hopefully) 1k words! i have absolutely no idea why i procrastinated for so long, although to be honest i procrastinated on everything for so long today. hey, at least i’m back in time to hopefully get this finished, because i will be devastated if i can’t continue my streak of 1k intros.

to be honest, i’m not really sure what to write here anymore. all my 1k intros are so similar to each other (although to be honest, i never re-read them—i don’t think i could put myself through that—but i have a good idea about the stuff i usually talk about) and each time it just feels like i’m parroting it back like a broken machine, or whatever the saying is. i know the saying definitely isn’t that, but please tell me i’m not delusional and there is a saying at least similar to that? or have i just made it up?

wow okay that was a pretty long yap fest but words… i guess? it doesn’t really seem satisfying to count them as words with the lack of effort i put into them, but we’ll see. i’ll actually start talking about my interests now—or more like, my current obsessions and two-week phases.

first up is project sekai, to probably no-one’s surprise! i’m way too into vbs (they are my second most streamed artist of the year, and my third most streamed artist of my account’s lifetime. and i only started listening to them on spotify in september.) but come on. it’s impossible not to love their songs. actually, i can definitely see why people might not like their songs, but luckily for me they are right up my alley and i have been devouring them. i’m a bit crazy (you might say… cr詠zy…) for akito commissions, but others like blender, hitsuji ga ippiki, and gekokujou, are also my favourites. as well as the akitoya duets because they are somehow always perfect. quick shoutout to the kanade commission of samsa because that’s been on repeat all day haha.

this intro is probably getting a bit boring for people who don’t know anything about project sekai or aren’t into vbs (that’s assuming anyone actually reads this, and i wouldn’t be surprised or bothered if nobody did lol) so i guess i should probably talk about something else. to be honest, i don’t have too much else to talk about, since i’ve spent the past week (which luckily is a half term holiday) in bed doing nothing and wasting away the time, procrastinating on my art homework, trying to ignore the fact that i have an english oracy exam next week and firmly not doing anything to prepare, and doing everything and anything related to project sekai.

i guess i could talk about my more general interests? like reading. i love reading but i really haven’t been doing as much as i would have liked. i set a goal to read 30 books this year (much less than last year’s goal of 75) and i have read… 18 books. the last time i finished a book was probably in july or august. it’s terrible, but for some reason i just haven’t been able to finish any books lately. i start a book, forget about it, and then i don’t read for about a month straight.

actually, that’s not true. i read far too much fanfiction. it’s funny how i can’t finish a book in two months yet i devour 400k word fanfics in a day. but hey, you can never go wrong with fanfiction.

huh this is only 600 words wow… each session i somehow get worse at this.

uhhh school! i saw someone mention school somewhere in the main cabin so let’s go with that. currently studying compulsories as well as triple science, art, music, and computer science, and it’s quite the interesting combination. triple science is great, it barely feels like an extra subject and i love science anyway, so it’s just really chill. art is… less chill. actually, the lessons are probably the most laid-back, but that’s part of what makes it so much harder, because i never get anything done in school and then i procrastinate at home. i’m working my way back now and i definitely have much less missing work, but it’s still been painful. music is fun, and i’m pretty happy now i finally enjoy composing, which is probably necessary seeing as it makes up 35% of my course. i am definitely not enjoying my actual composition and i think it sounds horrendous, but that’s a story for another day. finally, computer science. it used to be one of my favourite lessons, and then the teacher left, and my new teacher is honestly horrendous. she seems like a really nice person, but she absolutely does not know how to teach. and i don’t even think this is a preference thing because she’s skipped about 90% of the content and revisits the same two topics over and over again. i could go on for hours about it but i’ll just keep it at that. i’m going to really enjoy teaching myself the entire gcse content come next exam season…

so it turns out talking about school works because now i’ve only got 100 words to go! so… more talk about school i guess! i have to start thinking about sixth form now—i’ve applied to my high school’s sixth form and i’m going to apply someplace else but i haven’t decided on my a-level subjects yet. i’ve been thinking about talking chemistry, physics, maths, and further maths for ages now (and a potential 5th a-level with biology), which would be the realistic choice, but i would love to do music as a career. i think my dream would be to study piano at a conservatoire (oh yeah i forgot to mention that i play piano) but even if i had the motivation and passion for it my parents would absolutely not let me. so physics/maths it is.

wow that’s 1k words! this was not much of an introduction more than it was a ramble session for me, but that’s probably going to be it from me today! i meant to get a start on a few fanfics i had attempted to plan in advance for november (spoiler: i failed to plan) but i honestly doubt it because i’m exhausted right now. from what? i have no idea since i stayed at home and lay in my room all day. oops.

Chuey's 2k intro || 2000 words || Daily No. 1

One moment, you were living your ordinary life, staring at your screen. It's the first day of SWC, and you're scrolling through the Main Cabin, skimming intros.
A name pops up in the comment section, and inwardly you groan…but you click the link to the intro anyway. Maybe this time, for once, will be different…

It's not different.
Words begin to scroll before you, but you thrust out a hand. “STOP!” You're so tired of reading what's essentially the same intro every session. Not only is it predictably chaotic, it's always, always in second person. What kind of person writes about themself in second person, anyway?
Someone claps you on the shoulder, and you freeze.
“Ah, a visitor! Welcome to my mind,” a bright voice says, and you turn to see a girl staring at you with a wide smile. She shoves a lock of purple hair out of her face, sticking a hand out. “I'm Chuey, but you probably knew that already.”
You want to run away screaming. This is the WORST possible scenario. When you mentally pleaded with the universe to spice things up, you didn't mean for it to summon Chuey. She literally steals and eats toes. Reflexively, you curl yours in your shoes.
Chuey snickers. “Don't worry, you're safe in here. I won't steal anything of yours. Probably. Although now that I think about it, I could probably use your teeth for something…”
“Can you read my thoughts?” you ask, alarmed.
She winks. “Maybe. But what's more important is that you can read mine! Come one, let's get started.”
She grabs your hand and pulls you into the mayhem, and you're too shocked to resist.

“The first thing you should know about me is that, well, my name is Chuey,” she says. At some point she flipped upside to walk on the ceiling. You're still not sure about the physics behind that. “Also, as you can probably tell, I like the color purple. A lot.”
You can, actually. Not only is there a purple streak in her thick brown hair, her eyes are a vivid violet, and to top it off, her shirt is lavender.
“Oops,” Chuey says. “Hang on, gotta pop out for a moment. Be back in a bit.”
She vanishes, leaving you alone in the depths of what's apparently her mind.
You wait, tapping your foot, and finally she stumbles back into reality. “Sorry! Sorry. Didn't think it would take so long. Anyway, where were we? Ah, yes, purple. I also like reading – I just finished The Floating World by Axie Oh, and oof, that plot twist bro…” she trails off, shaking her head. “Gotta get my hands on the next book as soon as possible. I also like art, and no, before you ask, we're not going on tour of my mental gallery. I won't subject you the horrors in there. Notice that I said I like art, not that I am good at it.”
As she speaks, you notice that her footprints leave shimmering footprints stretching into the distance. Odd. But then, everything else here is so strange already. What's a little more weirdness?

“What else?” Chuey muses. “Well, I take martial arts, and I know how to play piano. I also started learning guitar recently, so that's fun. And I happen to be quite fond of singing, although it's unlikely you'll be hearing my voice anytime. Mostly because I haven't decided whether it will rupture any eardrums or not.” She laughs, tossing a candy bar from hand to hand. Wait, where'd that come from? You're positive she didn't have it before, and you didn't see her grab it. “I'm a homeschooled Christian, I hate bananas, I like playing games like Animal Crossing and Breath of the Wild, and I collect board and card games. I also collect rubber bands. And pencils. And random pieces of paper. I collect a lot of things.”
She throws the candy up one last time and then tosses it to you, and you catch it reflexively, peeling back the wrapper. The chocolate is bright purple. Of course. Chuey laughs at your expression, snatching the candy back. “I promise it's good,” she says, popping it into her mouth.
You've seen the kinds of things she consumes. Fingernails? Ketchup smoothies? Entire freaking cabins? “Um, I think I'll pass,” you say.
She shrugs. “Your loss. Ooh, let's explore my SWC memories next!”
Reality warps around you, and suddenly you're standing next to what appears to be a tree. Chuey pulls down a branch, and it bends easily, leading you to suspect this might not actually be a tree. “This looks like my first session! It was back in July of 2022, and I was in Dystopian. I was sadly pretty inactive, but hey, I did try. I then forgot about SWC for a while…I think this was my next session.” She grabs another branch. “Yep! November 2023. Real-fi. I had a blast, fell in love with SWC. I've been around for every session since – Fan-fi in March 2024, Bi-fi in July 2024, Fantasy in November 2024, Mystery in March 2025, Sci-fi in July 2025, and, of course, Magreal in November 2025!” She pauses. “Wow, that list has really grown, hasn't it? Crazy to think that I've been here for eight sessions. I'll hit double digits next year.”
She lets go of the branch, grabbing you again and pulling you into yet another dimension.

“Here's where I keep my random facts,” Chuey says proudly. It looks like the strangest library you've ever seen. Bookshelves are crammed with not only books, but jars, boxes, and is that an octopus? “Don't mind Steve, he's harmless,” Chuey chatters as she pulls a jar off the shelf. “Where…ah, here we go.”
Something horrendous emerges from between two bookshelves, and you instinctively recoil. WHAT IS THAT!? You must have made a noise, because Chuey turns to you. “Don't worry! This is one of the giant tardigrades that lives here. They're super cute, right?”
You eye the multiple legs, weirdly squished face, and general eyelessness of the creature. “Um. Yeah. Sure.”
Chuey spends a few moments cooing to the thing before it lumbers away. She stares after it fondly. “I love those things so much. I can't figure out why everyone says they're creepy.”
You swallow and lie. “Yeah, uh, I've got no idea.”
She ducks deeper into the library, and you follow, keeping a wary eye out for more strange monsters. What is this, anyway? Some kind of bizarre zoo?
“C'mon, keep up!” Chuey calls. “I want to show you my favorite place.”
You step out of the bookshelves, and into…
Wow. You're not even sure what to call it. A glowing pool ripples gently, the liquid, of course, bright purple. What's more, lush plants are growing right out of the floor, swaying gently in an intangible breeze.
Chuey kneels, cupping her hands under the water. “This is where I get my, well, ideas,” she explains. “I guess you could call it my inspiration. I call it my magic shiny purple water.”
She dries her hands off her on her jeans, scooping up a bit of water in the jar. She hands it to you, and you gaze at it dubiously.
“It's fine for you to drink,” Chuey assures you. “Try it.”
Tentatively, you touch your tongue to the liquid, and your eyes widen. It's like being hit with a jolt of motivation. You tip the rest of water back, mouth tingling.
“Good, huh? I can share small amounts of it with others. In the outside world, it's known as giving someone a prompt or idea.”
She doesn't take a drink herself, and you give her a curious look. She notices and nods. “Yeah, this is just an avatar. A projection, if you will. But I can't really control my intake from here, either. I tend to drink from it pretty constantly, though.” Chuey rubs her forehead. “Sometimes I wonder if there's such a thing as too much creativity. But it does give great story fuel.”
She places her hands on her hips, tilts her head back. “Hm. Where else could I take you? We looked at the general information about me. We looked at my SWC history. We looked at my inner thoughts. Where else?”
“We didn't really talk about your interests a whole lot,” you offer.
She snaps her fingers triumphantly. “Hah! Of course. Also, that's what I love about being a literal fragment of imagination. I can't snap my fingers in real life. Let's go!”

“A glass bubble?” you ask, slightly confused.
Chuey taps the glass. “Oh, yeah. This is where I keep my babies.”
You squint at the people inside. They look rather familiar, almost like…characters?
Chuey sighs, staring at a boy with shoulder-length black hair and piercing blue eyes. “All of my favorite characters live here. And look at what adorable little beans they are. So precious.”
“Who all is in there?” you ask.
She pulls on her lower lip. “Ummm, let's see. Alcatraz from Alcatraz versus the Evil Librarians, Howl from Howl's Moving Castle, Eva and Jacks from Once Upon a Broken Heart, Captain Carswell Thorne from the Lunar Chronicles, Urchin from Mistmantle, the entire crew from Cradle, Keefe from Keeper of the Lost Cities…there are a whole bunch, and I'm probably forgetting half of them. Oh, and Bilbo from Lord of the Rings.”
Okay, well, that's kind of random. But then again, so are some your favorite characters. “How do you fit them all in the ball? It's not very big.”
She winks. “Strategy. Also, it's bigger on the inside than on the outside.”
She waits for a beat as though expecting a reaction, splaying her hands. “Reference. Anyways, pretty cool, huh?”
“Very nice,” you reply, peeking through the glass one last time.
“Extremely nice,” Chuey grins, then glances at her wrist. “Unfortunately, we don't have that much time left until I need to send you back to the real world. And until I run out of ideas for places to take you. Is there anywhere else you want to go?”

You hesitate. “Well, you're kind of known for your chaos,” you say, and Chuey cackles. “Say no more! Let's take a trip down memory lane. Let's see, what was the first? Honestly, probably the bridge troll incident back in March of 2024. That was when I embraced my true spirit of chaos. Fairy Tales had a bunch of goat mascots, so I created a bridge troll account and trolled them. It was a lot of fun. I also started various wars – the most memorable ones are probably the soul-stealing wars against Mouse, the toe-stealing ordeal, which sparked a WHOLE lot of chaos, and the cabin-wide strike, although I wasn't wholly responsible for that. Ah, good times.”
She smiles, lost in memory. Maybe she's not so scary after all. Just a little weird. And a little too obsessed with toes.
“I thought we were going to go somewhere, though?” you ask. You still haven't moved from the glass ball.
Chuey tears a rift in reality as a reply, inviting you to hop through. So you do.

“Hey, we're back where we started,” you say in surprise. Before is a featureless white world, across which black text scrolls.
Chuey nods. “Yeah. My control's starting to fray – I only had the energy to take you to one last place. Did you have fun?”
“Yeah,” you admit. “It was a nice change of pace from the usual.”
She grins. “Good. I was hoping it would be. And hopefully you learned something about me, into the bargain.”
She tips a hat to you that she was most definitely not wearing a second ago. “See you next session,” she says, and then she's gone, vanishing as the world around you starts to crumble.

You're back in the comment section of the main cabin, catching your breath after the wild ride. All in all, it wasn't too bad for one of Chuey's intros.

SWC Megathread ࿔*:☘︎・ November 2025

01.11.25 ★ 1k Intro
1,102 words

it's tiiiiiiiiiiime!

hihi!! here's my one thousand word intro. hopefully, lol…
i'm elly, and i go by the pronouns she/her, though any pronouns are fine! i live in the wonderful timezone of utc (which makes participating in swc a lot more easier xD) and this will be my third session of swc. i can't believe it's my one year swc anniversary after this- and my one year scratch camp anniversary in january! gosh- time really flew by… admittedly, i still feel a little bit like a newbie.

sooo, yeah, that's swc sorted- oh wait, i forgot to say, but i'm going to be co-leading gothic this session! i can tell it's going to be lots of fun, and i'm hoping that i bypass my word goal of 40k, especially since i haven't been writing as much as i would like lately. things have just been getting busier, and i can be a no.1 procrastinator when i want to :,) i don't know if you can tell, but i'm trying to avoid using emoticons because i don't want to have to take them all out again when i count words but whatever lol- i know that was a little random, but this whole about me is literally going to be a tangent train of random “by the ways” xD

i've been on this site for like… a long time.. and i honestly thought i outgrew scratch but swc is honestly so much fun and really good for my writing, so it's one of the main reasons why i stayed! i used to be a griffpatcher in like 2022-2023, and then a gwdfi-er afterwards! i've also been active in the aesthetic swiftie comm or whatever it's called, but i find that place a little toxic so have steered away a bit. so now i dedicate most of my time on scratch to camps which is a lot of fun!

in real life, i've experimented with a bunch of hobbies i don't really have time for, but there are a few i really enjoy!! apart from writing, which is something i really want to improve at, i do baking and cooking sometimes, and while my pizzas never cook properly and my brownies tend to be a little too sweet, preparing and making food is always a lot of fun, as well as being quite useful. i'm not really an avid cook, so i don't know why i mentioned that first lol- i guess it's just something that was on my mind.

i also like to read!! i feel a little hypocritical when saying this, because i've probably only read about 30 books this year, and i've only kept track of about 24, but i really do like reading and it's just something so comforting and lovely and grounding, in a way xD it's kind of like writing, but a littttttle less stressful. i'm a huge fan of percy jackson, harry potter, the hunger games, and keeper of the lost cities, though kotlc is kind of ragebait sometimes. for me, at least lol!

then there's journaling, which i do daily!! all different types, as well- i have a sketchbook dedicated to the bullet journaling, scrapbooking, collaging side of things, and a notebook where i mainly write and occasionally draw, kind of like a diary. i'm /very/ thankful to have access to a printer :'D

i also like doing little artsy projects- anything from doodles to digital art to refashioning old clothes: i would be unstoppable if i had a sewing machine. as well as that, music is a pretty big thing in my life! my favourite instrument is the piano, and i play songs i love on it regularly! which brings me onto… music artists >;D

i'm nearly 600 words through, and i haven't even started on my fandoms/interests yet, which i think is a good sign!! so yeah. my music taste! as you may be able to tell from my (no longer valid) username, i'm a hardcore swiftie, and i love how taylor explores so many moods in her songs, so there's always something that resonates with me. funnily enough, one of my current worries is that i won't be able to top my spotify wrapped from last year, where i was in taylor's top 0.5% of listeners!

as well as taylor swift, i love listening to olivia rodrigo (her first album was the theme of my co-leader app for this session), maisie peters (comfort singer omg) and gracie abrams, who has such calming and relatable songs! there are so many other singers like taylor bickett and laufey that i really adore, and i listen to a few bands as well!!

i could listen to my chemical romance and green day all day if i was in the mood, and arctic monkeys is just SO AMAZING omg. i also listen to a tiiny bit of kpop, being a blink and partial eyekon. and then. there's musicals ;D

six was the first musical that i really loved, and hamilton, recommended by my friends, sort of opened the door to a load of others!! i find musicals just loads of fun to quote and sing along to, and i love participating in shows too so that's a fun bonus! i remember that in my latest 1k intro i just wrote stuff about literally every musical i know to gain words, so i'm going to try keep this section shorter this time :')

for the last one hundred words, here are a few of my favourite tv shows/movies!! there's obviously wednesday, which is gothics cabin theme this november, but my all time favourite is my little pony friends! all of the characters are so lovable, except maybe ross, and it's just super funny and nostalgic. i also like brooklyn 99 and the traitors, which is probably the only reality show i watch (except for the great british bake-off, sometimes. i love watching the bake-off!)

my favourite movie is probably dead poets society, which i kind of want to gatekeep because it is so fricking good, but also so. sad. i accidentally watched one too many neil x todd edits and now i'm a fierce anderperry shipper <3 mr keating and nuwanda are also favs.

the harry potter franchise is also something quite close to my heart, though i don't support some of jk rowling's views. i think the movies were really well done, and brought the wizarding world to life just like how i thought it would be. don't get me started on the percy jackson movies, though-

it's getting late and i've got to wrap up, so thanks for reading my about me!
