I am unsure why the system is not working.

Ok. I just contacted scratch. Hopefully they'll promote me.

just keep being active and you should get it, it took me over a year (and a st member had to give it to me)

Yeah I wonder if it's broken because I don't think orthocenter has the notification.

Heres what you cant do sadly

No images or links in forums
No cloud varibles

(☁ score)

No studios
Cooldown for comments 30 secs and topics 120 secs
Cannot close the forums
Cannot be famous

You can stll have signatures but google told me no (DONT TRUST GOOGLE)

TIP: To become a “Scratcher” (upgrading from “New Scratcher” status) on the Scratch platform, you need to be an active and positive member of the community. The status change is an automatic, time-based process by the Scratch Team, and specific requirements are not publicly shared for security reasons.
Generally, users who meet the following unofficial criteria will receive an invitation after a few weeks (typically two weeks to a month):
Verify your email address.
Share at least two projects.
Be active on the website for a certain amount of time, usually a minimum of two weeks. This includes logging in regularly and working on the site.
Comment helpfully on others' projects and participate in the discussion forums.
Love and favorite projects.
Follow the Community Guidelines and set a good example for others.
How the process works:
Once the system determines you meet the invisible requirements, you will receive an alert in your messages page and on your profile inviting you to become a Scratcher.
Click on the link (next to your username on your profile page) and agree to the community guidelines in a brief slideshow to accept the new status.
If the invitation doesn't appear after a while, keep creating and sharing projects, engaging with the community, and be patient.
Becoming a Scratcher lifts certain limitations, such as not being able to use cloud variables for things like high scores in games or creating your own studios
