make a scratch editor dark theme

scratch add this it’s the 200th page and multiple people who do not use the forums.

Scratch did at one point have a different dark mode for the editor at one point and it was very different from the dark mode from 1.0; however, it was experimental for 2.0

I don't know if anyone else has said this before.

Wow it has been 200 pages does the Scratch team even care about what we are writing here? Like, isn't 200 pages not enough? How much do we need to make to get their attention?

I saw a post from cheddargirl on a topic about dark mode, and it said that it will still flashbang your eyes at night (because one topic commenter said that with that their eyes won't get flashbanged).
But really maybe Scratch is already working on this, and it's about their interest, not the pages.
