Here's a Cartoon. I wouldn't say it's Obscure, but it is forgotten:OMG I LOVE BEING IAN!!! all the episodes are on Tubi and archive.org
Being Ian, created by Ian James Corlett, and the show is based on Ian James Corlett's early life, I've watched this show on Qubo. (Remember that channel for people who didn't have cable) And the show is solid, all the episodes are available somewhere, and some are available on YouTube. You should go check it out.
If I have to give it a rating, it would be a high 6/10
