I have been using scratch on this account formore than 2 weeks and have made more than 2 projects. Is it a glitch or am i not doing something right?

I believe you also have to interact with other users via commenting and liking projects

Try Contact Us if you haven't, as far as I'm aware you should have received an invite. It might take a bit to get a response, though.
I should probably note that according to the wiki article on becoming a scratcher it can take up to a month.
