its not the worst, just an interesting thing that happened to some of the tracks like Medieval 1, the last two Xylo tracks (not the first two that were assumed to be ripped from a CD or converted to .mp3), and mainly HB2 / Beatbox, so why have to claim it

It sounds like they just copied the sounds from Scratch and claimed them as their own. Also the video was uploaded in 2020, which was after most of the sounds were added to Scratch.
