No. Tails is 7 years younger than Sonic, and Sonic about 19 during CrossWorlds. 19 - 7 = 12.

Story:
Knuckles is guarding the Master Emerald when he runs into Eggman. Eggman grabs the emerald and creates a warp portal.

Sticks receives a transmission stating that a warp portal was made that leads to an evil alien dimension, she tries to warn everybody but nobody believes her, besides Tails who also received the signal.

Sonic visits the Emerald Coast and sits on a lounge chair. As soon as he starts to dose off Tails shows up, and tries to warn him that somebody picked up a transmission saying that an alien invasion is scheduled, Sonic brushes it off.

Tails drives around to find Shadow where he refuses to step in."

I mean I like Metal Harbor, City Escape, and Radical Highway, but that's three tracks. I think i don't really like Live and Learn just because its overplayed.
