yeah, same issue for me. they may or may not have messed up an “if” statement or something along the lines of that.

Observed as early as (around) October 10. Verified on Windows 11, both on Edge (Chromium) and Firefox.

I would normally be able to check for the earliest report but Ocular is still broken and I'm not frequently using Scratch anymore.

It's due to the expired certificate on the ScratchDB website. If you click on the ScratchDB link on Ocular and go past the certificate message from your browser, it should work (however, it only shows below a specific date, likely when it expired)
Edit: Seems to stop at like April 3-4
