I need help! I need my PFP to be high quality when I do everything correct it ends up so blurey.

What is your icon's size (resolution and pixels)?

A profile picture has to be a maximum of 500x500 pixels, so a “4k” profile picture isn't possible.
To get the highest quality you can stretch the length or width to 500 pixels each.

Yes (I think this is because they made the file size limit for that higher)

this doesn't actually increase the quality of your profile picture, it just changes the interpolation mode from bilinear to nearest making it look higher-quality when zoomed out
