there should just be an app for online scratch since scratch crashes all the time on most browsers

Are you talking about an iOS version? Because android, windows and ChromeOS all have a scratch app
Or are you talking about adding the social aspects of scratch in these apps? (aka. being able to access my stuff and see others' projects)
