If you are a Scratcher you should have the ability to somewhat be able to create more advanced projects (mobile and PC) to the site. 3D rendering, better platforming using 3D in general. You could create some advanced games to this just by doing this. For example Rec Room Studio.

Well you could add sprites that get a broadcast when the sprite is clicked. I'm making an asset game where mobile users COULD use it.

This belongs in suggestions. Also, splitting features between a rather fast tier would not just confuse scratchers but also add features (like 3d) that Scratch has said no to before, and split development between 3.0, 3.0, and now this overhaul. Old Scratchers making a new account, or guests on school computers, would also be limited.
