Where do the Music Loops Come From? [UPDATED]

King of the page!

something's weird strange about the drum loops:

1. so Drive Around / the Bouncer was sampled alot.
2. the Star Train song used the Scratch / ericr's cut version of Satellite instead of its full sample. (would make sense if it does use the full sample)
3. Cymbal Echo / Hippie Top, Drum Funky / FunkSoulSista, and Kick Back / Benda Bzounce's BPMs were all three edited to be the same BPM in their Scratch / ericr's cut versions.
4. and Intro Superllanero that used the Jungle / Bigkat loop wasn't an “exact match” (i compared it and the length between the original one and the sampled one aren't the same they are just edited).

We once discovered three of four once via scratch wiki, but it was a hoax because of a date error on soundcloud, so we had to edit the wiki to correct it to drive the bouncer:

(also this proves the wiki page is wrong by a thousand miles if it's this bad as there was another track that was miscredited)

how did coder8 experienced the bug that shows incorrect dates?!?

imagine the gloobic songs show that the dates are from 1957, that would've been so much wrong than we thought ;-;.

Oh well sound cloud had said that three of fours released in 2006, and I got suspicious, searched up when sound cloud released, and it said 2007, and three of fours showed January 1st 2006, so it was a broken date.

that's a very really bizarre bug , at least the song even doesn't have an exact match, due to the bass section in the song had noticeably accompanied to it, and this was literally one of the songs that sampled Drive Around / the Bouncer, so that doesn't count that Three of Four is definitely a fake finding aside Dance by Andro1t, not all because of a single error bug.

also is it possible that Beatbox 2 is from samplenet? if it doesn't then it just looks like it is hard to find.

UPDATE 1: wait nononono nevermind i think i could just find it when someone pirated or cracked it. (one of Loopmasters' albums or packs)
UPDATE 2: wait a second… one of the demo loops (its obv the 2nd one) have the exact snare sound from samplenet and Scratch's Hip Hop track meaning it could be from 2000s (yeah l couIdn't find or see the release date of the loopmasters pack whereas people already talked about this pack before).
UPDATE 3: I believe some two things i think:
  • so the demo loop was probably hh_bonusbeats_90_01 and according to the description of this and the Hip Hop track, they said they were taken from da aforementioned Hip Hop Progressions.
  • is it false or true: Human Beatbox 2 was (possibly) also included there in the said pack.
we all know the problem that the pack is paid but maybe someone could try to buy it, right?

Where do the Music Loops Come From? [UPDATED]

got a theory that the Dance Around loop appears to be already longer & extended unlike all of the other Dance loops including two 3.0 ones that were cutoff for the said version.

i think scratch forgot to cutoff the track when it was introduced, implying theories that the extended 2.0 dance loops might exist, i wonder what that means.

Xylo2 might actually be a modified toy piano because they sound quite similar or probably some bell instrument.

Also might be Mandela effect or a fake tip of my tongue but I could’ve sworn I’ve heard Guitar chords 2 somewhere else before
Also gutair chords 1 seems familar too.
Yeah
maybe he was playing a guitar to the tune of some songs
Yeah like I’ve could’ve sworn I’ve heard guitar chords 2 in like a kids song or something but whats strange is that no music identifier websites pick it up so I guess Mandela effect?
But gutair chords 1 seems like the song with this lyric “memories bring back”
That song isn’t the same beat tho?
where did you hear the mandela thing about GC2 and what does it sound like to you?

plum, if you also feel like you know what “Human Beatbox 2 might be from”, simply claim the rumors of where it is.
ok (i was waiting until someone asked sorry) so there is this song (it has lyrics so be careful as i have no clue what the words are) called beatbox wash in said song part of it got sampled for sonic rush (i know it did thanks to a video called the samples of sonic rush) it kinda sounds the same but it's not so i didn't know if there was more beat boxing in the song and if one could be human beatbox 2
that's really interesting, i think the Beatbox 2 loop was sampled for that song or maybe its just a similar loop that strikingly resembles the said loop / theme, but could you try linking to it?
the sonic rush video or song?

Where do the Music Loops Come From? [UPDATED]

Dang, that sucks about Beau Silver's site going down. It sounds like it was saved on Wayback but I know I have the file for Underwater Trance saved somewhere.

Our best bet for the Techno tracks might be to try to reach out to the band? They might still have the files…

(Edit: Looks like all of Beau Silver's songs were archived except for two which seem to have been 404s on the original site Skitzo Rock and the Head Caskets - Lady In Black and Santos - Show Me How. But these are possibly not totally lost since the other band members may have their own websites or YouTube pages as well.)

They could still be out there somewhere, as a reminder that the earliest demo of underwater trance was found via a MUE archive
But yeah reaching out to GLOOBIC/Knolls is probably our best bet for finding the tracks, and they probably have the tracks somewhere as memorabilia/archiving

have you tried asking around on the lost media wiki? someone on there could have bought it when it was still up and could still have it, but that's all up to you ^w^

Not yet, and also asking around on the wiki WAS mentioned at one point, but I don’t think it was ever put into action (also it’s crazy how popular this topic is now, like most of my notifications are from this topic LOL but it’s fine i don’t mind it)

oh sorry for the tag then, also i would ask but i'm not allowed to make a account on it, or maybe it could have been put on a sampler disc (or a sampler keybroad those sometimes have pre added songs), but as i said i think i know where human beatbox 2 is from

as mention in my old comment (reply?) (left out by mistake) it sounds close (what got sampled) but isn't i didn't know if it had more beatboxing in it that could be human beatbox 2
