H is player 2, literally moves all cells at the same time.
Bread is player 1, Ξ self replicative Ξ

The cap is 20, but 20 cap is broken.

Why does it have the 20 cap if it doesn't work
It's part of the platformer, at level 23, the /20 drops, and cubey tries to pick it up but it gets unstroyed by G.
