yes, as you read the title i dont their name but like can someone help me on how to put them after i post?? i would be thankful if anyone teached me how.

The signature is the section under a user's post that contains content, usually separated from the post by a divider line. For example, my signature.

You can easily make/change your signature by going to the discussion forums, scrolling down to the end of the webpage, then clicking on “Change your signature”.
