Dude, did you have the blood of Lancer's enemies?! That activates the boss fight in the first place! Well, Trash Machine Voltron has 7 phases, but you gotta beat it to get the “Well This Stinks” Ending, so if you want it, good luck. If you go back to the dumpster from Chapter 24, you can throw away the blood, but you'll have to redo all the chapters and it's a pain Especially since it passively gives you 50 more HP, so it's annoying to get rid of if you were used to that boost. Another way to destroy it is to feed it to the annoying dog in chapter 98, which is much closer to the Shadow Muffet fight, but it also means you can't destroy the “Sticky Dog Dollar”, so it'll forever take up a slot in your inventory. Don't forget that you need to get all 98 eggs in all the previous chapters to find the annoying dog in the first place. If you're gonna try to beat Thrash Machine Voltron though, enjoy yourself, it's an awful fight.

Also, it turns out you can use the Gaster Terminal to go back to chapter 33 and use Catti's skull (from chapter 72, reward from Grillby Neo on weird route) to open the door to the ghost house and obtain the Reaper Cloak, which makes Trash Voltron turn into 7 Jevils. It really helps, but unfortunately killling all 7 Jevils resurrects Carlos Calaca from Gaucamelee and you have to stop him from absorbing Sans and Papyrus.

For another thing, I found a quicker way to get the first 98 eggs: Use Lancer's “dig” ability next to the river in Hometown in chapter 18 and the Animal Well will open, and if you re-enter the egg room in the well in chapter 98 it will have all the eggs you have not collected.
