i reported a project that had a prompt to draw something demonic
i reported a project (i can't put the link for reasons) but it was a drawing project and on day 13 a prompt is to draw something demonic i didn't know if that's allowed on scratch (i assume it's not for reasons) but i just wanted to make sure i didn't send a false report, thanks for reading and answering ^w^ (after i get my answer i would close the topic but that takes 24 hours, so i would have to wait)

It depends. If the prompt was encouraging to go into the scary part of demonic stuff, you reported fairly. However, if the prompt was to make a more cool-looking demon (think balrog from Lord of the Rings) rather than scary, I don't think that'd be in violation of community guidelines. There's also making a super cute emotional support demon, which would remain within community guidelines easily.

As far as I know, references to demonic figures and places is allowed, so long as it's kept Scratch-friendly (EG. anything that wouldn't fall under “Too violent or scary” in the report window) and isn't intentionally made with the intent to offend religious individuals. So simply put, if you reported this because it was scary/not scratch appropriate and not just because it related to demons, that would have been a good call.
And for the record, Scratch is a secular website. You can express religious ideas (hence the large amount of Christian studios on this site), but you can't force people to comply with said religious ideas when they don't agree with them.

i'm unsure what it meant as the prompt barely said all it said was demonic, which is why i came here to ask As far as I know, references to demonic figures and places is allowed, so long as it's kept Scratch-friendly (EG. anything that wouldn't fall under “Too violent or scary” in the report window) and isn't intentionally made with the intent to offend religious individuals. I like the Lord of the rings, the balrog is in the fellowship of the ring right? (also of it was a cute demon or cool looking I think it would be fine)

Then I don't see how it was violating community guidelines. It was not difficult to think of ways that demonic things could be Scratch appropriate. i'm unsure what it meant as the prompt barely said all it said was demonic, which is why i came here to ask

Generally, you won't be punished for a false report if it is clear that it was not done intentionally.well i just did it to be safe, sorryThen I don't see how it was violating community guidelines.
