Nope! Muzzy is a cartoon from the 1980’s that aimed to teach other languages and phonics to kids. There’s also a CG reboot.

I somehow (i have a IMDb randomizer userscript. Don't ask where you can find it, I can't give it to you per Scratch rules) found a cartoon I am 100% sure you guys have never heard of before. Think Greeny Phatom but with FURRIES!!

“Leonard's Adventures” by an unknown creator (IMDb just lists Leonard {the character}'s full name as the “Director” which I don't think is true)
So far, there are 11 planned Season 1 episodes and 2 actually watchable episodes (S1E1 and S1E2, not counting 2 uploads of the same episodes with no audio that somehow have views).

Bad grammar and failure of a plot, yes, but charming in it's own right IMO

I think 4 views overall (discounting the 2 “no audio” uploads, and S1E2 which has no audio at all) is definitely obscure enough to belong here lol

Here's a Cartoon. I wouldn't say it's Obscure, but it is forgotten:

Being Ian, created by Ian James Corlett, and the show is based on Ian James Corlett's early life, I've watched this show on Qubo. (Remember that channel for people who didn't have cable) And the show is solid, all the episodes are available somewhere, and some are available on YouTube. You should go check it out.

If I have to give it a rating, it would be a high 6/10

I also found a song that is related to Being Ian, Here's the song for anyone who wants to listen to it. I do like the song.

Not sure if it's obscure, but I like it so what the heck.

“Koneko no Rakugaki”, a very old Japanese cartoon produced by Toei Animation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PJXr5FNZt2E

This is before Japanese cartoons (later known as “anime”) would gain their distinct aesthetic and feel, so this cartoon has a very Disney-ish vibe to it; cutesy and not a lot of gags. But I like the animation.

Additionally, there's also its sequel, “Koneko no Studio”.

Throwing out some really obscure ones:
Kate & Mim-Mim
Digby Dragon
Lights, Camera, Lexi!
Wallykazam! (Currently questioning obscurity with how many people here calling it obscure)
Doki (at least in the USA)
Miles From Tomorrowland
Goldie and Bear
Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero
American Dragon: Jake Long (I consider it obscure because I didn't hear about it until 20 years after it premiered, and I've never seen any merch for it outside of a DS/GBA game)
