Alright, got any suggestions for games? (Keep in mind I don't really like rpg games)yes but only if you mod or use the 3d effectIs it really worth all the price though?Should I get the New Nintendo 3DS or just the 3DS?new 3ds i'd say
most games that ran at 30fps on original 3ds can be patched to run at 60 on new 3ds with varying levels of success (when it works it's awesome though)
more homebrew and emulators are supported on n3ds (you would like this for snes and genesis support)

Hopefully i can get either the ROG Xbox ally or the nintendo switch 2. Which one should i get?well the ROG xbox ally will be 600 dollars (for the cheapest option) so i'd definetely say switch 2

unless there's a sonic adventure on ps1 then you have marginal chances of playing sonic adventure on new 3dsnot even homebrew?Does anybody know if their is a copy of Sonic Adventure for the 3DS or New 3DS, or maybe just the DS?there isn't
otherwise you're out of luck
that said you can play sonic advance without emulation by using open_agb_firm
(or any gba game for that matter)

I did a nice little session on my galaxy print, though. I played mostly ace attorney and stretchmo, with a little bit of pushmo on the side
it was a lot of fun
