Have a page telling users others ways they can access older scratch versions

Some more modern devices cant run scratch 1.4 or 2.0 (saying this from experience as 1.4 refused to run on my Mac due to how old it is and 2.0 not working at all despite downloading a fairly old version of adobe air) due to how old they are and it would be nice to have a page or disclaimer with other ways it can be possible to access older versions of scratch/in the case of 1.4 the link to access it from SqueakJS For 2.0 i dont know a different way aside from flash emulators and the SWF file used to run versions of 2.0

I honestly want this because it would take less time to explain things for me, but I have no idea that it would be implemented (especially because the new download pages don't have the 1.4 and 2.0 offline editors)
Anyway, it's more like they mostly either dropped 32-bit support or there was never a Scratch 2.0/1.x offline editor for them.
Another thing I'd like them to do: Change the compatibility for Windows on the Scratch 1.4 page to “Windows 2000+” or “Windows 2000 and up” because I've also seen a lot of people ask “but it doesn't say it works on Windows 10/11” and stuff like that

Bumping this, and to elaborate on what I mean by “other ways to access older versions of scratch” I mean saying what external websites/applications you could use that are still safe to access earlier versions (ex: the SqueakJS launcher which SqueakJS is what Scratch 1.x used to run)

It could probably specify that on the download page, but I have no idea if the downloads are being removed or not (if they are, then this likely won't be implemented)
Does Puffin still work for Flash on iOS/iPadOS by the way?

Specifying it on the downloads page sounds like a good idea, and also I have no clue if puffin still works for flash on ios (kinda because I’ve never used puffin)

Possibly Rejected?

Rejected Suggestions wrote:

2.3 Set the editor to look like older versions of Scratch
Some users prefer the look and feel of the older Scratch editors, and have suggested an option to make the editor look like an older version of Scratch (such as Scratch 1.4 or 2.0), but still run off of HTML5 like Scratch 3.0 does. However, this would be more complicated for educational and documentation purposes. It could be confusing if someone is trying to learn Scratch from someone who is using a completely different layout of the editor than them. In addition, the Scratch Team changed the design for a reason: to make it easier, more intuitive, and friendlier for newcomers to use.

This includes a setting to switch between Scratch 2.0 and 3.0 online editors. For more information, see this post.

Uh, so Griffpatch has made a scratch thing(I can't say it cuz its an extension) where you can access one of the older versions which is 2.0 by going to its settings and it should appear there.

No, the whole point of that suggestion is to revert the scratch website or have the option to revert to older versions, whilst this suggestion is suggestion giving a tutorial on a way to access older versions if unable to do so

You open the download page to either 1.4 and 2.0, and theres a line of text saying if your device is too new or unable to run those versions, please try other methods listed below, and then it shows other methods. Im yet to think of one for 2.0 aside from downloading a flash emulator and a Scratch 2.0 SWF file provided by the ST but for 1.4 it’s the link to SqueakJS

You can if the topic is no longer on the first page.
Also, I think it could link to the standalone player (there are archives of it)
