unknown scratch pages

While the individual pages might be unknown, we don't count it because the scratch.mit.edu/users/* (replace asterisk with the username in question) endpoint is very well known, and there's not much reason to document the most obscure users on it- not to mention the millions of users who are relatively unknown (we would have to add them all to the list).

Additionally, by the act of finding and adding a user's page to this list, that user will likely grow more popular (and better-known), negating the purpose of the entry.

it was there, an image of the scratch editor which had ‘scratch.ly’ in its url

Yeah you are right but just the fact that most scratchers are unknown

This just popped up as an error. Not a 404 or 3, but the “Hmm, we can't find that URL” error

Its some code for the website. This wouldn't be marked as an unknown page, but rather a source code page

It's not source code- it's built code.

As you can probably tell from the lack of actual formatting in it, that would be a nightmare to maintain. Scratch uses a few building programs to go from source code to something that more efficiently works in your browser- that's what that page is. If you were to look in inspect element, some pages would load that file.
