Support, there are ways to blur things, but they require too much code.

i check back on my old scratch accounts every now and then and i love that this is still getting traction, i'm literally a grown adult now and we still don't have a blur feature here anyways manifesting for yall

One thing you could do for a vector costume is make it very small in the costume editor and then use the size blocks to make it big. If you make it big enough, it will be become blurry.

I think this would be significantly laggier than any other effect on Scratch. I may be wrong, though?
Eh, no support for now.
How would this be more glitchy than like the mosaic one, where it litterly just duplicates itself, and strinks over and over
