EDIT: Ocular AND ScratchDB is down. Now I found this, this and this. You can use them if you want to for now.

That happens quite a lot on the forums
Also, I'm not sure how true this is now, but I remember seeing a comment about how they wanted to re-add it again after the search page was changed to scratch-www (scratch-www existed on the website before 3.0, by the way)
