I've had a few instances where I forget if I've enabled “run without screen refresh” or not. This would make it way easier to tell.

I mean it's already easy, just right click and click edit, but it would be a few seconds faster if it was directly there.

Existing custom blocks that are already marked as “run without screen refresh” could just be replaced with the workaround too, so..

I believe that block was removed because it created confusion with the “stacking” order of the blocks.

Blocks are always run from top to bottom in the order they are stacked, even with screen refresh disabled.
The “all at once” block implies that this is not the case, but in reality the blocks are still run sequentially—you just don't see the result until the whole thing is done.

“Run without screen refresh” is less confusing in this respect.
