Thanks for reporting this bug. This is a wide-spread issue, and it seems like a lot of Scratchers are experiencing it.

It was removed due to inappropriate content, similar to the Recent Projects row that was removed years before.

Can you add “Why did Scratch change slider color?” or sth like that to the directory? It's because Scratch uses the slider from the browser, and Chrome recently had an update that set it to your computer's accent color. I've seen quite a lot of posts on it, like this one

Edge is retextured chrome, so yeah.
