I'm trying to make something but my project editor keeps crashing. Anybody Else Having this issue?

If you used a non-typeable character, scratch absolutely loathes them (especially the %15 character, i've used stuff like the Delta symbol without it crashing), so remove those from the project. If it only happens with one or two specific projects, try duplicating them and deleting the original. If that new duplicated project still crashes, then something went so wrong with the code, which really should only be possible if you were trying to crash scratch (but if not, which assuming you actually have even a sliver of value towards your device or scratch, you wouldn't, try sharing the project in question so someone else can check if it crashes for them).
