The “Set Thumbnail” button is kind of broken…

Whenever I sometimes go to one of my projects, it has the Set Thumbnail button saying, “Hi! Try out our new feature.”
I click, and the pop-up shows, describing the new feature. But then, when I click it again sometimes, it waits for a few seconds, and it shows that pop-up AGAIN. When I click Share, usually I check the “Don’t show this message again” box, but, that pop-up opens, WHEN I WAS PRETTY SURE I CHECKED THAT BOX! IT EVEN HAS IT UNCHECKED! IT’S LIKE IT DOESN’T THINK I USED THAT FEATURE BEFORE! Is this happening to any of you?
