Limb/Held Item connection.

I am in the process of recreating rooftop snipers. I am trying to make the body -base movable character. with a separate arm that holds a “weapon”. i want the arm to line up with where the shoulder would be, and point toward the mouse while rotating from the correct point. I am two different ways where the “weapon” is a separate sprite, that goes to the hand of the arm, points in same direction and lines up right. then there is the bullet trail that needs to fire from the “weapons” point, which I'm struggling to do. there might already be a project with some of these things- an i am not against getting help from another person's code. (with credit as always.)

move (speed) steps

wait this actually worked. I might have been overthinking it. I also had some other adjustments made but your comment is what gave me the idea for it so i really appreciate that. Thanks.
