This is a fairly new feature, I would wait a while for bugs surrounding this feature to be fixed.

Does it work if you press the left arrow key first?

I found out that you can fix it by inspecting the page (On a laptop/computer) and removing three random invisible things that covered the entire screen
(then you can press the button)

This kinda happened to me (it only happens when the “Hi! Try our new feature” thing appears)
