Because too many people didn’t care about the rules and decided to make too many projects showing the sprunkis in graphic ways so the ST had to ban it all together and unlike games like FNAF where people can find the good side of the fandom, it’s pretty hard for sprunki when most of the game’s popularity is from the part where you get to watch as the sprunkis are in graphic situations.
